4 Background About UIC & ISC The idea to establish the Union of Investment Companies UIC emerged from the desire to cure the big gap in the investment market in Kuwait. This is through revising the economic legislations and introducing suggestions to make them fit the different working investment companies in the market, which play a great and effective role in developing Kuwaiti economy and so investment in Kuwait and creating new investment tools to make Kuwait a prestigious financial center among countries in the region. The mission of the Investments Studies Center (ISC) is to Contribute to the provision of promising national cadres, capable of leading investment entities through the provision of training, educational, information and research services for the investment sector. 4

6 Scope Of Work HR Analytics Training Talent Capital shall conduct an HR Analytics Training for the HR Teams in order to assist them in acquiring critical insights that shall predict trends and outcomes, in order to undertake intelligent decisions that positively impact their Department s position within the Organization. This will set the scene to bring the HR Department from a purely Transactional department into a Strategic Business Partner for the Organization. 6
