The ease of use and overall simplicity of the service means companies can: Better meet the responsibilities of Federal and State Regulations Reduce risk to the business including accidents, lawsuits & lost productivity Quickly deploy the service with minimal staff training and initial set up time Train employees in both English and Spanish Create training packages for specific employee groups such as Managers, Drivers, Field Staff, Office Personnel and more Allow administrative staff to quickly and efficiently manage the process Completion Certificates Print completion certificates & utilize search engine to view employee specific performance Group Instruction Train employees in a group setting and create training records after group instruction Course Libraries Create custom course libraries and generate access codes for your trainees Reports Generate reports by either time period, or displayed by each specific custom library Tracking Fields Add Employee Tracking Fields to monitor trainees by location, department, or other factors of your choice
3 Certificates of Completion Training Center allows you to print Certificates of Completion for each employee who successfully completes the training and passes the quiz. Many companies either present these certificates to acknowledge the trainees successful participation, or include them in the employee file for recordkeeping purposes.
