This module aims to increase student confidence in networking and relationship building essential for international success. The module focuses on the practical aspects of negotiation and conflict management in intercultural business contexts. Identify the differences in communication techniques employed in different cultures and how barriers to communication can be overcome. Develop networking strategies for personal and professional development. Describe the methods and techniques for engaging in negotiations and conflict avoidance/resolution in an intercultural business environment.
