Manual tasks do not scale well as broker utilization grows Keying enrollments into carrier portals Downloading & reformatting excel sheets Using the wall for notifications of changes Single carrier EDI We can t build every feature ourselves Employee Navigator needs to be a more versatile product for brokers & HR to stay competitive

Carriers & TPA s were not interested in Employee Navigator integration efforts until: Their top brokers asked for an integration For the first time carriers were confident in a ben admin system s calculations & insurance expertise A few brokers with vision advocated for Employee Navigator because existing processes didn t scale for their whole book of business
