Present on all five continents, the Group is made up of a wealth of different businesses, skills and cultures. It is dedicated to carrying out social and solidarity initiatives in favor of young people and persons in precarious situations, including: entrepreneurs and developing microcredit, through associations active in France and internationally; Europe, in partnership with the French Tremplin Association, designed to encourage young talented students from disadvantaged neighborhoods scientific fields and develop their awareness of the corporate world and its businesses; Europe, under the coordination of the Handicap Network Group, which aims to promote disability awareness and sensitivity among employees, to increase the employment rate of persons with disabilities within the Group, to adapt workstations, etc. an international NGO that mobilizes the business and the higher education sectors to develop students social responsibility and entrepreneurial skills. 08

11 GET INVOLVED, ALONGSIDE THE GROUP The Group facilitates the humanitarian commitments and solidarity of its employees around the world, through: alongside the Group. The Supportive Employees website supports employees volunteer involvement by making available information regarding volunteer and skill needs as well as contact information about our partners. GOOD TO KNOW: 1,600 employees carry out volunteer assignments/missions within the Group s three NGOs: Aquassistance, Energy Assistance and Codegaz. DIVERSITY 30% of women among our recruitments by 2015 COMMITMENT TO WOMEN Gender diversity within the Group is a top priority. 12 WHY NOT YOU? Each year, we hire on permanent contracts, internships and V.I.E. (French international internship program reserved for citizens of Member States of the European Economic Area) for all our 300 businesses. We also welcome many employees on apprenticeship contracts from lower secondary level to masters, within our 23 job families and for a range of positions, e.g., technicians, researchers, engineers, project managers and salespeople. At the end of your training contract, you may remain within the Group, depending on your career interests and available opportunities. Finally, we offer traineeship programs both for young people (e.g., Quai d Orsay Entreprise, Masters in Gas Engineering, Nuclear Trainees Program) as well as for experienced profiles (e.g., Financial Boarding Program).
