1 Manager On-Line Performance Evaluation Guide
2 Log in to blueview and click on the Employee tab. In the Manager Performance Evaluation channel click on Select Review Year/Type. Click Here 2
3 From the drop-down menu select the Year and click on the submit button 3
4 Click on the Select Employee link. 4
5 Select the employees name from the drop-down menu and click on the Submit button. 5
6 Click on the Evaluate Employee Goals link 6
7 Click on the Goal Number for the Goal that you want to evaluate. 7
8 Select the desired numerical rating for this Goal from the drop-down menu. Add comments, with specific examples, to support this rating. Make sure to click on Save Eval when you are done. Click on the Back to Eval Goals and complete the review for all Goals. 8
9 Select the Evaluate Employee Development Goals link. 9
10 Click on the Goal Number for the Development Goal that you want to evaluate. 10
11 Complete the evaluation of the Development Goal. Note that there is not a numerical rating for development goals. Click on the Save Eval button when you are done. Click on the Back to Eval Development Goals button and complete the evaluation for all Development Goals. 11
12 Select the Evaluate Employee Essential Job Functions link 12
13 This section is used to evaluate other job performance not specifically identified by Goals. This may include essential job functions identified in the job description or attendance issues. When you have completed the score and comments, make sure to click on the Save Eval button. Click on the RETURN TO EVAL MENU link. 13
14 Select the Evaluate Overall Employee Performance link. 14
15 This is the final evaluation section. Select an overall rating score and insert comments, using specific examples to support the rating. If you intend to give an overall rating of 1 or 5, contact Gary Johnson (x4804) or Venessa Macro (x3962) to discuss prior to meeting with the staff member. After you have selected the Score and added your comments, click on the Save Eval button. At any time during the evaluation process, you can come to this menu item and click on Print Eval to print out a draft copy of the review. You can use this copy (or the on-screen display) to review with the staff member or to provide a copy to your manager, if requested. 15

18 The final step in the performance evaluation process is to complete the electronic signature. To do, this click on the Signoff on Employee Evaluation link. 18
19 After you have met with the employee to review the evaluation, you can return to any of the evaluation menus to make changes or additions based on that conversation. Once you have completed all updates, select the Signoff On Employee Evaluation link. Enter the date that you met with the employee and click on the Submit Eval button. At this point the review has been submitted and you will not be able to make any additional changes. The employee will now be able to see the evaluation online in MyDUSIS. During your meeting, request that the employee review and signoff on their evaluation. They will also have an opportunity to enter comments about their review. 19
20 After submitting employee evaluations, you can view completed evaluations by clicking on the View Evaluation History for Employee if you want to view the previous evaluations of the employee you are currently working on, or click on the Select Employee for Eval History link to select a different employee. 20
21 Select the name of the employee whose evaluation history you want to view and click on the Submit button. 21

24 Once the employee has entered their comments and signed off on their evaluation, you will be able to view that information at the bottom of the evaluation form and is how you can confirm that the employee has completed the employee electronic signature/signoff process. 24
