8 Survey Outcome Mixed business types Most businesses (58.5%) over 25 years old Most businesses (55.6%) small (1-5) Only 23.9% exceeded $1M annual revenue 58.3% had been directly impacted by a disaster Top 3 were flood, snowstorm, earthquake Greatest concern was physical damage, followed by loss of customers, loss of inventory, loss of data, and obstruction bt ti of access (for customers and/or employees)
