25 Approved vendor list Approved Vendor List For making critical purchases, i.e. components or activities which have a direct impact on product realization or the final product, use is preferably made of approved suppliers which are placed on the "Approved Vendor List". If an order is placed with a vendor which is not mentioned on the "Approved Vendor List", the Head of Purchasing will, where necessary in consultation with the QHSE Manager and/or QHSE Engineer, need to ensure that the supplier can deliver according to the required specifications as specified in the purchase order. The Head of Purchasing maintains the Approved Vendors List which is accessible in the database stating the revision date. This list contains data of approved suppliers for critical and non-critical purchases mentioning the classification category and the delivered products or services. For making secondary purchases, i.e. products, components or activities which have no (direct) influence on product realization of the final product, it is not necessary to make use of approved suppliers from the Approved Vendor List. 28
