Proven. Leadership. These words define New Holland Hay and Forage equipment. New Holland continues to embrace the hay and forage market with innovative products, a comprehensive offering of Major and Supporting Haytools, a core dealer network, and a solid wheelbase of knowledge. New Holland dealers who sell and service New Holland hay and forage equipment have a huge responsibility, but also have a lot to be proud of! The Model Year 20 Hay & Forage Order Writing Program is designed to assist you with planning your inventory and pre-sell needs. New Holland is fully committed to partner with you to overcome this competitive environment. This year, there will be two order writing phases to provide more opportunity to plan your orders and overall business. In addition, unprecedented terms and carryover will weather current uncertainty in the marketplace. Order Writing Program Summary Phase 1: May 1, 20 through May 31, 20 Phase 2: August 15, 20 through September, 20 All orders in either phase 1 or 2 count toward total order writing objectives All orders receive a 2% order writing incentive Each order must include a delivery request date of September 1, 20 through August 31, 20 Priority slotting for retail orders (YSR - customer retails & YSP - dealer retails) Haytool Pool Funds Available for dealers who achieve their order writing objectives for major haytools NEW: Dealers who achieved their Total Major Haytools order writing objectives during the May Phase 1 will receive an additional $200 per unit in pool funds for each major haytool order Floor Plan Terms & Carry-Over Incentive Carry-Over is earned for dealers achieving 100% of their total Major & Supporting Haytool objectives and 25% of their total Major & Supporting Haytool objectives during Phase 1 NEW: All orders will be due June 1, 2018 for those Dealers that achieved 100% of both Total Major and Total Supporting Haytools objectives during the Phase 1 period Refer to the attachment for complete details of the Model Year 20 order writing program. 3 New Holland will work to accommodate your request dates as best as possible, but production is allocated on a monthly basis and not all request dates will be able to be met due to volumes and availability. Customer retail orders (YSR) will have priority over all other order types. This also applies if a retail order is placed outside of the normal order writing program period (May 20 and August/September 20) but remains subject to production availability and manufacturing lead times. Pricing: Please refer to the Model Year 20 Price & Data Pages dated September 1, 20. Price Protection: Customer Retail (YSR) orders will be price and program protected provided that all program guidelines have been met, including a customer name and address entered on the order. o MY20 YSR orders are price and program protected as of 09/01/, not the creation date during order entry. o YSR orders will be exempt from any future surcharges and price increases. Dealer Retail (YSP) orders protect retail programs in effect at the time of the order entry. o Dealer Incentives YSP orders are subject to future surcharges and price increases. Dealer Order Writing Program Objectives: Individual dealership objectives will be resent by August 15, 20 for both Major and Supporting Haytools during the Order Writing Period. This will provide an updated view of current objective status. Objectives will be established based on: o Global Order Excellence (GOE) Dealer Business Plans. o A two year average sales history both Major and Supporting Haytools. o Available units from slotted orders and current dealer inventory levels o Adjustment for market forecast, New Holland share targets and planned inventory levels. All orders placed during Phase 1 & Phase 2 Order Writing Program will count towards the Dealer Order Writing Objectives. Dealers who achieve 100% of both Total Major and Total Supporting Haytools will lock in achieved Terms/Carry-Over, 2% OW discount, and Pool Fund tier level on new orders, until the next Model Year order writing. This is subject to Model Year 20 production availability. Order writing program objectives will be based on dealership complex level 3 (volume level). Haytool Pool Funds Major Haytools Only: Haytool discretionary pool funds are available for qualifying dealers who achieve their order writing objective for Major Haytools. NEW: Dealers who achieved their Total Major Haytools order writing objectives during the May Phase 1 will receive an additional $200 per unit in pool funds for each major haytool order. Haytool pool funds may be used at dealer discretion allowing a maximum allowance at the time of settlement. Refer to the charts in this section for the allowances on conventional and commercial haytools. Dealers will receive Major Haytools order objectives for Phase 1 & 2, but the total order writing objective for Major Haytools determines the eligibility for earning pool funds. Dealers are encouraged to utilize funds to provide aggressive pricing to conquest & target customers. Heads and Supporting Haytools do not qualify for this program. 3
4 Orders placed on Credit Hold will not apply for the Haytool Pool Funds unless the credit hold is released by September 30, 20. Conventional Haytools: Disc Mower-Conditioners, Sickle Mower-Conditioners, Round Balers and Small Square Balers # of Major units ordered Per Unit Pool Funds Award If Total Major Haytool Objectives were achieved in May Phase 1 (Additional Per Unit Award) 1-3 $100 $ $200 AND $ $250 $ $400 $ $500 $ $600 $ $700 $ $800 $200 Haytool Pool Funds may be used at dealer discretion allowing up to $1,500 per unit for Conventional Haytools from September 1, 20 through August 31, 20. Commercial Haytools: SP Windrowers & Large Square Balers # of Major units ordered Per Unit Pool Funds Award If Total Major Haytool Objectives were achieved in May Phase 1 (Additional Per Unit Award) AND 1-2 $1,000 $ $1,500 $ $2,000 $ $2,500 $200 + $3,000 $200 Haytool Pool Funds may be used at dealer discretion allowing up to $5,000 per unit for Commercial Haytools from September 1, 20 through August 31, 20. Floor Plan Terms: Stock YIN orders placed during the order writing program and shipped in shipment period #1 from September 1, 20 through May 31, 20 will be due on October 1, 20. Units shipped during shipment period #2 from June 1, 20 through August 31, 20 will be due on June 1, Stock "YIN" orders placed after August 31, 20 qualify for six months floor-plan terms, from the date of invoice. These orders are not eligible for carry-over and are subject to production availability. Retail settlement terms for YSR and YSP will be due 30 days from invoice date NEW: All orders will be due June 1, 2018 for those Dealers that achieved 100% of both Total Major and Total Supporting Haytools objectives during the Phase 1 period. 4

Units shipped in shipment period #1 from September 1, 20 to May 31, 20 will be eligible for 50% carry-over of net dollar shipment balance for all hay and forage shipments; excluding SP Forage Harvesters and heads. Units eligible for carry-over will have terms extended until June 1, Configuration Changes Dealers that ordered their Total haytool order writing objective for Major and Supporting Haytools during Phase 1 may request to make model or configuration changes: o Orders slotted between August and December 20 Minor configuration changes can be submitted in equipment for approval o Orders slotted between January to August 20 Configuration changes or model replacement is available o Contact DSS for this period September October November December January February March April May June July August Slotted orders for this period are locked into Model. Minor configuration changes can be requested in equipment and subject to plant approval Slotted orders for this period can have model and configurations modified, if adjusted by the end of Order Writing Phase 2 in August. Beyond August, all modifications are subject to plant approval. 5
