4 Conveyor System Industrial Motor Controls Sorter/Conveyor System Future Tek s Sorter/Conveyor System is a Real-World, Hands-ON working trainer with PLC/Solid State Motor Control applications designed to be stripped down and rebuilt. The student will be required not only to program the processor, but also to wire the entire system. Also available for this system is a pneumatic Pick and Place Robot (pictured on cover) which extends, uses suction to lift an object from the conveyor, rotates 180 degrees, releases the object, and returns to home. The robot is programmed utilizing the conveyor s Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).

5 Programmable Logic Control (PLC) Trainers Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC s) Future Tek offers a greater variety of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) than anyone in the market, from the very basic to the most advanced. All of our PLC trainers include an Allen BradleyTM processor (500 series, Micrologix, CompactLogix, or ControlLogix) along with Inputs and Outputs to use with external equipment. Also available are Simulators, Three Phase Motors, Powerflex 40 Drives Operator Interface (PanelView), Network Capabilities, With so much versatility, Future Tek can provide a trainer tailored to fit your requirements.

6 Motor Controls Industrial Motor Controls Models 7000 (shown), 7000/7001 with a PLC, and 7000-S packages provide everything you need to teach Industrial Motor Controls including Student and Instructor Lab Manuals. Students are required to utilize the provided VOM, Wiring Diagrams, and Schematics to complete each lab.

7 Mechanical Trainers Mechanical Future Tek offers a wide variety of Mechanical Trainers containing Real-World Components, all designed with long lasting performance durability in mind. Components are mounted on a heavy duty ½ Aluminum Base with 4 legs for superior support. (Model 3001 shown). 8 Troubleshooting Trainers Future Tek s Motor Controls Troubleshooting Trainer (Model 7100) allows fault insertion randomly, or specifically by the instructor. As the student attempts to correct the situation, all readings, component testing, and component replacement steps are recorded. At the end of the session, the instructor may print a student-specific report reflecting all steps taken.

10 Pneumatics Pneumatics Future Tek offers two varieties of Pneumatic Trainers: Portable Trainers Models 8501 and 8502 constructed on rollaround racks, and Suitcase Trainers Models 8503, 8504, and 8505 (Model 8505 includes PLC). Both types provide extensive pneumatics training with Real World Components and Onboard Pumps along with Future Tek s simple yet comprehensive step by step lab manuals.

11 Hydraulics Hydraulics Hydraulic Trainers are also available as Portable Trainers Models 9501 and 9502 constructed on roll-around racks, and Suitcase Trainers Models 9503, 9504, and 9505 (Model 9505 includes PLC). Onboard pumps are included along with lab manuals.
