3 What is NinjaVan Drop-Off Important Notes No more waiting at home for NinjaVan to pick up your parcel! With the all new Ninja Collect you can now drop off your parcels when you want, where you want, at your own convenience. NinjaVan Drop-Off is a service where merchants can conveniently drop off parcels at more than 80 Ninja Drop-Off Points. Ninja Points are partner retail shops located at areas with high footfall. Check here to see the list of Ninja Drop off Points ( Parcels up to 4kg or cumulative cubic dimensions of 50cm (Length + Width + Height) will be accepted. Appreciate your assistance to adhere to the guidelines as parcels which exceed the following sizing limit will be rejected for NinjaVan Drop-Off Service: *Please contact Lazada Partner Support Center (PSC) if your parcel exceeds the above guideline. 5 Order Management in Seller Center - (i) Single Package Logging into Seller Center ( Step 1: Fill up your credentials and login 5
6 Order Management in Seller Center - (i) Single Package Update Order Status from Pending to Ready to Ship When you receive an order with more than 1 item in it, by selecting on Ready-to-ship, a single waybill (shipping label) for all the items will be generated. This would mean that all items in the order will have to be packed together in a single package. Seller must fulfil order within 1 working day of the order date. Step 2: Click on the Ready to Ship button only after your item is packed and ready to drop off at Ninja Point. 6

9 Order Management in Seller Center - (ii) Multiple Package Update Order Status from Pending to Ready to Ship When to spilt order into multiple package? In the event where there are multiple bulky items in a single order which exceeds Ninja Van Drop-Off size limitation (50cm or 4kg), you must pack them into multiple packages and RTS them separately. This means that they should have different tracking number even though they belong to the same order. Seller must fulfil order within 1 working day of the order date. 1 Step 1: Click on the plus sign to view order by item level 9
10 Order Management in Seller Center - (ii) Multiple Package Update Order Status from Pending to Ready to Ship 3 Step 3: Click on the Set Status button and select Ready to ship 2 Step 2: Check the boxes of the respective items that can fit into a single package. 10

Click on the Shipping Labels button to preview and print the waybills. Step 5. Click on the Ready to ship button Step 6: Go back to the orders management page. The items which are not RTS will remain in the Pending list. Depending on the size of the items, you may need to further separate into more parcels. Repeat from Step 2 for each parcel. 11
12 Order Management in Seller Center Printing the Shipping Labels Ninja Van waybill and tracking ID will be generated. For the same waybill, print 2 copies and cut to separate them. One waybill is to be attached to the package. The other waybill serves as a Proof of Dropoff document. Please get shop owner at the Ninja Points to sign upon handing over the parcel and keep it for your own reference. Important Note Please use a laser printer when printing labels.
13 Status in SC Event NinjaVan Drop-Off Overview Drop-Off Parcel Seller RTS order & bring the parcel to the nearest NinjaVan Drop-Off location Seller brings parcel to Ninja Point, counter staff scans the waybill Ninja van collects the parcel from Ninja Send at 2pm daily The parcel is brought back to Ninja hub for sorting Ninja Van proceeds to deliver the parcel to customers The customer receives the parcel Ready to Ship Shipped Completed Updated by Lazada System
14 NinjaVan Drop-Off Overview Drop-Off Parcel Counter staff clicks on receive parcel from customer Merchant hands over parcel to counter staff, who scans the shipping label Counter staff asks merchant to confirm details, before clicking on checkout Merchant signs. Counter staff clicks on confirm Merchant gets notified when parcel has been successfully handed over 14
