2 How to Use This Guide Purolator Same Day TM shipping rates are calculated based on your origin postal code (the postal code you are shipping from), the destination postal code (the postal code you are shipping to), and how soon you want your shipment to arrive at its destination. In order to calculate the cost of your Purolator Same Day In-City and Purolator Same Day Next Flight Out (NFO) shipments, first, reference the appropriate Purolator Zone Guide Supplement for Same Day Service based on the first three letters of your origin postal code. Then, with the information found, come back to this Purolator Rate Guide Supplement for Same Day Service. Follow these steps to calculate your Purolator Same Day In-City and Purolator Same Day Next Flight Out shipping rates: 1. Determine the Zone Code for your shipment by following the instructions in the appropriate Purolator Zone Guide Supplement for Same Day Service. 2. Once you have your shipment s Zone Code, locate the Zone Code and the corresponding List Rate in the Purolator Same Day In-City or the Purolator Same Day NFO section on the next page. 3. You are now ready to send your same day shipment with Purolator. To order a pickup, simply follow the usual process: call SHIP-123 and choose number 1, Pickup, estimates or shipping supplies, followed by number 4 for the Same Day option from the automated phone menu. Alternatively, you can drop off your shipment at a Purolator Shipping Centre. Please note the Purolator Terms and Conditions of Service, available at purolator.com, will prevail in the case of any inconsistencies between this document and the Purolator Terms and Conditions of Service.

Purolator Same Day Next Flight Out (NFO) Choose this air service when your shipment has to get to and from select cities across Canada as soon as possible. Purolator Same Day NFO List Rate Zone Code 1 2 List Rate $285 $390 List rate is for shipments up to 5 lb. Shipments over this weight will be subject to an additional charge of $3.95 per lb. Purolator Same Day Direct When your shipment has to get to a location in Canada as soon as possible, we ll drive your shipment directly to its destination. Purolator Same Day Direct List Rate $21.00 per shipment, plus $1.55 per km *** List rate is for shipments up to 20 lb. Shipments over this weight will be subject to an additional charge of $0.16 per lb. Purolator Same Day Scheduled Pre-schedule a direct delivery in Canada on a regular timetable (e.g., daily, weekly or monthly). * Purolator Same Day TM services are subject to availability. Please contact Purolator for details. ** Pickup orders for Purolator Same Day TM In-City products must be received on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (origin local time). *** Km are calculated using Purolator Same Day TM systems.

4 p. 2 Purolator Same Day TM Additional Service Charges * Specialized Services After Hours $36.00 per shipment / $50.00 per NFO shipment Purolator Same Day services may be available after hours upon request. An additional charge will be applied to a Purolator Same Day Shipment if the order is received, or the service is to be performed, on a business day after 5:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m. (origin local time), on a Saturday or Sunday, or on a day that is a statutory holiday in Canada. Request for this service must be received on a business day between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). After-hours service is not available for Purolator Same Day In-City services. Second Person Assistance Customers may request the presence of a second person to assist with any Purolator Same Day delivery. An additional charge (determined on a case-by-case basis) will be applied to shipments for which second-person assistance has been requested. Please contact Purolator for details. Special Van Request $20.00 per van Customers may request that a van be used for any Purolator Same Day service delivery. Tailgates and 3- or 5-ton trucks are only available for Purolator Same Day Direct. An additional charge (determined on a case-by-case basis) will be applied to any Purolator Same Day shipment for which a van, 3- or 5-ton truck or tailgate has been requested. Shipping Charges Additional Weight $0.16 per lb / NFO shipments $3.95 per lb An additional charge per pound will be applied to Purolator Same Day shipments (other than Purolator Same Day Next Flight Out shipments) weighing in excess of 20 lb (approx. 9 kg). An additional charge per pound will be applied to Purolator Same Day Next Flight Out shipments weighing in excess of 5 lb (approx. 2 kg). Order Cancellation Purolator Same Day orders are considered dispatched after being entered into the dispatch system and after a confirmation number has been provided. If a Purolator Same Day order is cancelled after being dispatched, an additional charge will be applied as follows: Purolator Same Day In-City: Orders will be charged the full shipment rate, inclusive of all taxes and additional charges. Purolator Same Day Next Flight Out: If cancelled before delivery to the nearest airport, orders will be charged the portion of the shipment rate applicable to the ground transportation only, inclusive of all taxes and additional charges. If cancelled after delivery to the nearest airport, orders will be charged the full shipment rate, inclusive of all taxes and additional charges. Purolator Same Day Direct: If cancelled before pickup, orders will be charged 50% of the shipment rate, inclusive of all taxes and additional charges. If cancelled after pickup, the Purolator Same Day Direct order will be charged the full shipment rate, inclusive of all taxes and additional charges. Multipiece An additional charge will be applied for shipments consisting of five (5) or more pieces. This charge will be calculated as follows: (# of pieces in shipment 4) x (3.0%) x (applicable shipment rate + any additional weight charges). Fuel Surcharge The fuel surcharge for Purolator Same Day shipments will be applied to the sum of the shipment rate and special van request charge. Other additional charges, taxes and customs clearance charges, if any, are excluded from the calculation. For additional information about Purolator s fuel surcharge, visit purolator.com. The fuel surcharge is set monthly and fluctuates based on the four-week average price of diesel calculated by Purolator using the weekly average prices reported by the Ministry of Natural Resources Canada. Changes are effective the first Monday of each month and are posted at purolator.com approximately two weeks prior to the effective date. * Purolator Same Day TM services are subject to availability. 5 p. 3 Purolator Same Day TM Additional Service Charges * Redirect in Transit Purolator Same Day orders are considered dispatched after being entered into the dispatch system and after a confirmation number has been provided. If a Purolator Same Day order is redirected after being dispatched, an additional charge will apply, as follows: Purolator Same Day In-City: If redirected before pickup, orders will be charged the full shipment rate for the new destination only, inclusive of all taxes and additional charges. If redirected after pickup, order will be charged the full shipment rate for the first destination, plus the full shipment rate for the new destination, inclusive of all taxes and additional charges. Administrative Charges Proof of Delivery Purolator may provide electronic proof of delivery, where available, to customers at no charge. The shipper, the receiver and any third-party payor in respect of a shipment may obtain electronic proof of delivery for such shipment by contacting Purolator at SHIP-123 and choosing number 1, Pickup, estimates or shipping supplies, followed by number 4 for the Same Day option from the automated phone menu. An additional charge will be applied if a customer requests, and is provided with, a hard copy proof of delivery. Purolator Same Day Next Flight Out: If redirected before delivery to the nearest airport, orders will be charged the portion of the shipment rate applicable to the ground transportation, plus the full shipment rate for the new destination, inclusive of all taxes and additional charges. If redirected after delivery to the nearest airport, orders will be charged the full shipment rate for the first destination, plus the full shipment rate for the new destination, inclusive of all taxes and additional charges. Purolator Same Day Direct: If redirected before pickup, orders will be charged the shipment rate for the new destination only, inclusive of all taxes and additional charges. If redirected after pickup, orders will be charged the full shipment rate for the first destination, plus the full shipment rate for the new destination, inclusive of all taxes and additional charges. Waiting Time $8.25 per 15-minute increment An additional charge will be applied for every 15-minute increment or part thereof after the first 15 minutes of driver waiting time, which is included in the shipment rate. * Purolator Same Day TM services are subject to availability.
