5 HC IT Solutions PlanSmart is a modular software based tool to assess and evaluate the performance of urban public transport systems. PlanSmart is a web-based IT-Solution for analysis, calculation of expenses and revenues. PlanSmart helps to identify necessary improvements in a public transport system. Counting passengers automatically helps to understand the occupancy of vehicles and to monitor time schedules according to the passenger demand by adapting most suitable operational resources. Operators will be able to understand whether line sections, lines or entire networks comply with the passenger demand and generate acceptable cash box revenues. A profit & loss calculation can be generated as well as map displays for visualisation. KMI P.A.R.C. O.R.C.A. KMI supports the transport company in the processing of customer complaints and service constrains. From the entrance of the customer concern over the response up to evaluations and queries about customer satisfaction, KMI depicts the whole process of customer care. P.A.R.C. is a software for data maintenance and management of high quality, rentable parking spaces. It allows request, waiting lists and contract management. P.A.R.C. provides document templates for customer communication and data set entries can be edited and exported at any time. An integrated map features allows an occupancy supervision and also provides a network-bound plan representation. In addition, an extensible image gallery for stops, as well as a complete archive of all customer contacts support the P&R-related processes in public transport. O.R.C.A. mobile supports safety-ensuring tasks of public transport operators. It is used for staff planning, incident management and coordination in emergency situations. By mobile applications security personnel and the control panel can communicate. Via mapping functions, incidents can be located and reports allocated. In addition to the realtime performance, O.R.C.A. mobile provides archiving, documentation and evaluation of all events and thus increases in addition to the time-saving handling indispensable property security and personal safety. 5
