Motors (Safe area, n, FLP), Synchronous Machines, Alternators: Supply reference list of supplies made to Hydrocarbon Industry separately for safe area Motors, Hazardous area motors, synchronous machines and alternators as per format as per format A, B, C available in Annexure XVI (duly notarized/certified by statutory in line EIL terms and condition Clause 3.0 along with relevant documents ), for last three years. Performance feedback from end users in Hydrocarbon sector / large industries (like Refinery, Petrochemicals, Metallurgical Plants, Gas processing etc.) for one year satisfactory operation of each type of machine proposed for enlistment. For Hazardous area machines furnish details of Ex-n, Ex-d, Ex-p in a tabulated form, frame wise/kw wise clearly highlighting the latest certificates available indicating certifying/approval agency name, certificates Nos, dates etc.), latest code being followed for the complete range of Ex-d, Exn, Ex-d and Ex-p motors. Test certificate/report of each type to be furnished Details of valid approval of PESO Nagpur India for entire range of Ex-d, Exn, Ex-d and Ex-p motors. Sub-supplier list for raw material. 2 Cables: Maximum rating of machine on which s test can be conducted in house by direct loading. Supply reference list of supplies made to Hydrocarbon Industry separately as per as per format A, B, C available in Annexure XVI (duly notarized/certified by statutory in line EIL terms and condition Clause 3.0 along with relevant documents ) for last three years. For enlistment it is mandatory to have performance feedbacks from end users for one year satisfactory operation of 100km charged Cables. 100km quantity Cable performance feedbacks for MV Power Cable (PVC insulated, PVC inner sheathed, Armoured and overall PVC sheathed) must include following: 1. Supplier should have supplied at least 100kms of Cable in last 5 years. 2. Supplier should have executed at least one order for 50Kms of cable. 3. At least, 10 kms cable should be of size 3.5 C X 300 sq. mm (considering Max. size procured by EIL) 4. Cable should Armoured type. 5. Cables should have been laid up & charged for one year. Same should be mentioned in end user feedback explicitly. reports as per applicable IS, from Recognized Third Party Lab Copy of valid BIS License. Short Circuit (S.C.) test report for MV and HV power cable as per applicable IS. Confirmation for in-house availability of wire drawing facility from Copper/Aluminum rods. Confirmation about in-house availability for Sequential Marking. Confirmation about in-house UPS availability for extruders Sub-supplier list for raw material (PVC Compound, Copper etc). Plant area and layout EHV Cables: Supply reference list of supplies made to Continuous Process Industry / Utilities along with relevant documents for the last three years. Details of supplies references of supplies made, for last three years, as per format A,B,C available in Annexure XVI duly notarized/certified by statutory in line EIL terms and condition Clause 3.0 ( along For enlistment, it is mandatory to have performance feedbacks from the end users for one year operation of 100 km charged Cables having working voltages from 66KV up to and including 220KV. In case, party intends to enlist for EHV cable of voltage grade less than 220KV, party shall have performance feedbacks from end users of one year operation of 100KM of charged cable of the voltage grade up to which enlistment is being sought.

3 Performance feedbacks for 100 km of EHV Cable (XLPE insulated, PVC/ PE inner sheathed, Armoured and overall FRLS PVC sheathed) must include following: 1. Supplier should have supplied at least 100 kms of Cable in last 5 years. 2. Supplier should have executed at least one order for 50 Kms of cable. 3. Cable should be Armoured type with FRLS PVC outer sheath, conductive graphite coated, lead or Aluminum Sheath to be provided along with Cu screening. 4. Cables should have been laid up & charged for one year. Same should be mentioned in end user feedback explicitly. 5. Supplier should have supplied at least 50 kms of cable of the maximum voltage grade & maximum size for which enlistment is being sought. reports as per applicable IS /IEC, from Recognized Third Party Lab Copy of valid BIS License. Short Circuit (S.C.) test report for EHV power cable as per applicable IS/IEC. (To be submitted with enlistment requests) Confirmation for in-house availability of wire drawing facility from Copper/Aluminum rods. Confirmation about in-house availability for Sequential Marking. Gas Insulated Switchgear EHV/HV: Details of references of the supplies made to Continuous Process Industry / Utilities for last three years, as per format A,B,C available in Annexure XVI duly notarized/certified by statutory in line EIL terms and condition Clause 3.0, along with relevant documents for offered models of complete GIS panels manufactured/assembled at proposed works with details of sourcing & sub assemblies of various equipment/ components (if sourcing of any equipment/ component is from overseas principals). Performance feedbacks from end users in Continuous Process Industry / Utilities for one year operation for offered models manufactured/ assembled at proposed works with details of sourcing & sub assemblies of various equipment/ components (if sourcing of any equipment/ component is from overseas principals). reports as per applicable IS/IEC standard from Independent Test Lab /TPIA not older than five years for the proposed ratings. The type test reports shall be for the GIS manufactured/ assembled & supplied from the proposed works with identical sourcing & subassemblies as being offered.

Maximum voltage rating, current rating & short circuit rating duly tested. Confirmation that in-house facilities for SF6 gas handling, panel fabrication, painting, assembly and wiring are available. Furnish list of plant machinery for the same. Single Line Diagrams & General arrangement drawings for the GIS for which end user feedback is submitted duly approved by end customer/consultant. Common Requirement for the items not mentioned above:- 1. Responsibility Matrix as format PDD-RM STATUTORY REQUIREMENT:- AS PER INDIAN PETROLEUM RULES ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENATATION EQUIPMENTS / ITEMS TO BE LOCATED IN HAZARADOUS AREA, NEED VALID APPROVAL OF PETROLEUM EXPLOSIVES SAFETY ORGANISATION).
