Based on the detailed technical evaluation and analysis thereof, we will hold a technical meeting with you. 3. If our technical requirements are fulfilled by your offer then we will proceed with the commercial negotiations and compare you with other competitors broadly on the following parameters : a) Technology & Design b) Features vis-à-vis our requirements c) Cost - Life cycle cost d) Sales & service and reliability. 4. Based on the Techno-Commercial value proposition we will award the business. 5. The Process flow will be as indicated below: RFQ Specification Normalisation Finalisation of Scope of Supply Commercial Negotiations Sign MoU Overall Evaluation Transparent Pricing Event B Location To be decided (within India) C Technical Broad Specification The scope of supply is a pre-owned High Speed Coldset Web Offset Rotary Double Width Single Circumference OR Double Circumference Four Plate Wide Shaftless Printing Machine having minimum output of 80,000 copies per hour. Generic Machine Specification As detailed in Annexure I Product Requirement Broad requirements are as given in Annexure II General Layout As indicated in Annexure I Service The equipment will be installed and commissioned by trained and qualified personnel from your Organization only. You will also provide hands-on as well as classroom training for operation and maintenance of your equipment Performance Guarantee Please mention the specific Performance guarantee conditions. 5 Quality / Warranty We insist on the highest level of quality from our Partners/Suppliers. The equipment will be covered by atleast 2 years warranty from the date of successful commissioning and handing over. You will bear all expenses viz. Customs duty, local taxes, etc on all warranty replacements. E Commercial Delivery Time will be of essence for this Contract. Hence, we expect you to give the shortest time frame of delivery ex-works Insurance You will cover the equipment for Comprehensive All Risks on a warehouse to warehouse basis including installation time upto the handing-over date Spares Cost One full set of spares & consumables required for 1 yr operation will be provided by you including critical ones such as folder/rs consumables, spare drives for PU and RS, Encoders for all motors (1 each for all types) & software back-ups/servers. Packaging The cost of containerized sea-worthy packing of all packages is included in the price of the equipment. Equipment should be packed under seaworthy packing conditions and packages should be labeled as per instruction to be provided by the Company in due time before dispatch. Depending upon the size of the packages, Open Top Containers shall be used. All materials supplied under this Contract shall be properly packed to guard against all damages, losses, etc. during the handling and transit. Shipping The total equipment will be shipped only in containerized form using Box / Open Top / Flat rack containers by first class shipping lines with guaranteed under-deck stowage. The packing will be appropriate for multiple handling. Currency You are requested to submit your offers in Euro and US Dollar Price Your offer for the total lot should represent the total CIF Nhava Sheva Port, Mumbai, India by sea-freight and Installation and Training price. The price will be the net price payable to you but subject to deductions under the provisions of DTAA between our countries. Page 5 of 9

6 Additional Towers with accessories Any import duty, taxes, bank charges or other levies payable at the destination or local transportation Charges will be on our account. You also need to quote the price of 1 additional Tower alongwith Reelstand and all other accessories as well cost of additional Balloon former. The validity period of the cost of the same needs also to be mentioned. Also the additional percentage discount if we increase the quantity. Payment Terms Open F Submission Part I : Technical proposal will consist of configuration drawing and all technical literature. You will also submit in tabulated format any variation from the basic machine specifications that have been sought by us including reasons thereof. Part II : The balance submission - commercial Both the sections are to be submitted together.
