4 What is WellRyde? WellRyde consists of a browser based web and mobile application. Its comprehensive features allow users to interact digitally with the LogistiCare TP Portal systems. WellRyde also streamlines billing by providing tools to communicate efficiently with LogistiCare. The following user guide is designed to assist with the in classroom training to give you a clear understanding of the dispatcher portal application and all its functionality. What are the Benefits of WellRyde? The WellRyde product is broken down into two different functionality areas. These consist of the browser based application for Dispatchers and the Mobile application that is designed for the Drivers. Both applications have many benefits to assist with the daily tasks of dispatching and conducting pick up and drop offs. The following are examples of some of the benefits for both the dispatcher and driver. WellRyde allows dispatch users to: Manage trips Track drivers and monitor their fleet using a dynamic automatic vehicle locator (AVL) system Create reports, reconcile trips and establish accurate and timely billing processing WellRyde allows driver users to: View and execute their assigned trips with the ability to capture the rider signature and cancel trips right from their device Offer turn-by-turn navigation with the ability to view pick-up and drop-off address information with contact phone numbers The Dispatcher Portal Application will be covered in more detail in the WellRyde Dispatcher Portal Application User Guide. Client and Membership Benefits WellRyde s partnership with our providers offers a more efficient, reliable and outstanding experience for our clients and members. This partnership has enhanced management of LogistiCare s nonemergency medical transportation allowing for a better overall experience for our clients and members LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

6 Quick Start- Downloading the WellRyde Mobile Application/Android Device Downloading the WellRyde Mobile Application to your Android Device: On your Android smart phone or tablet, select the Google Play Store LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

7 Quick Start- Downloading the WellRyde Mobile Application/Android Device (Continued) Downloading the WellRyde Mobile Application to your Android Device: In the Google Play Store, conduct a search for WellRyde The search will return the WellRyde Application as shown above Click on the WellRyde Mobile Application icon LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

8 Quick Start- Downloading the WellRyde Mobile Application/Android Device (Continued) Downloading the WellRyde Mobile Application to your Android Device: Once you have selected the WellRyde Mobile Application Icon, you will be directed to the application download page Select the Install button to begin the download of the application to your device LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

9 Quick Start- Downloading the WellRyde Mobile Application/Apple Device Downloading the WellRyde Mobile Application to your Apple Device: On your Apple smart phone or tablet, select the Apple App Store Select Search from the apple store menu LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

10 Quick Start- Downloading the WellRyde Mobile Application/Apple Device (Continued) Downloading the WellRyde Mobile Application to your Apple Device: In the Apple App Store, conduct a search for WellRyde The search will return the WellRyde Application as shown above Select the cloud download button Select GET button to begin the download to your device LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

11 Login to the WellRyde Mobile Application Once you have completed the WellRyde Mobile Application download to your device, you can open and start the application. To login to the application: Enter your company code Username/ address Password Select the Login button **Please note that the first time you login to the WellRyde mobile application, you will be prompted to change your password and answer five (5) security questions. The answers to those questions will be used at any time you forget your password to assist with password retrieval LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

12 Forget your Password If you forget your password for the WellRyde Mobile Application, you can reset your password to gain access to the application. Click on the Forget Password Link on the login page Enter your Company Code Enter your Username You can reset your password by selecting the option to have a reset password link ed to you or by choosing to answer the security questions for password reset. Once you have selected your reset option, select the Reset Password button and your password will then reset LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

13 Application Screen Overview After logging in to the WellRyde Mobile Application, you will be directed to the Mobile Application Overview page as shown above LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

14 Application Screen Overview- Menu Tabs The main tabs of the WellRyde Mobile Application are located at the top of the window and consist of the following: Open- The open tab displays all assigned trips to the driver In-Progress- The In-Progress tab displays all in process or in progress trips Future- The Future tab displays all future trips meaning tomorrows trips or the next day ** Please note that the driver can view up to three days of dispatched trips in the mobile application if they have been assigned LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

15 Application Screen Overview- Menu Tabs (Continued) The Refresh button at the top left of the App Overview Screen is used to refresh the application and get trip updates. Trip updates are automatically sent from the dispatcher portal to the mobile application. The refresh button is simply used to get refresh the application with the most current information in that moment LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

16 Application Screen Overview- Assignments Tab The Assignments tab is located at the bottom left of the Application Overview Screen and is notated with a truck as the symbol. Use this tab to see ALL your assigned trips LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

17 Application Screen Overview- Notifications Tab The Notifications tab is located at the bottom center of the Application Overview Screen and is notated with a message window as the symbol. The Notifications tab is used to see NEW assigned trips and unassigned trips When you have a new notification the icon will display a red number next to the symbol to alert you of the notification LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

18 Application Screen Overview- Notifications Tab (Continued) When you click on the notifications tab, a notification window will appear as represented above. The notification information will be displayed in the window. Click ok to confirm you have received the notification LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

19 Application Screen Overview- Settings Tab The Settings tab can be used for the following functions: Change your password Change your assigned vehicle Logout of the WellRyde Mobile App LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

20 Changing Your Vehicle Changing your assigned vehicle in WellRyde is an easy process. Select the Settings tab in the bottom right of the screen After selected the Settings tab, you will be directed to the Settings screen Select Change Vehicle as shown above LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

21 Changing Your Vehicle (Continued) Enter the Vehicle License plate number or last six digits of the VIN number Select the Submit button Once you have selected the Submit button and entered a valid vehicle license or vin number a validation message window appears. Select Ok Your vehicle has now been changed LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

22 How to Complete a Rider Pick Up To begin a Rider pick up: Click on the Open tab to view the Open trip assignments After clicking the Open tab you will see all your open trip assignment The open trip list will give you a summary of the trip details for each trip Pick up and Drop offs can be selected from the open trip assignment list LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

23 How to Complete a Rider Pick Up (Continued) Before you can select your first Pickup of the day from your open assignments list, you must click on the Start button as shown above. Selecting the Start button notifies your dispatcher that you are ready to begin your day. It is only necessary to select the Start button at the beginning of your day LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

24 How to Complete a Rider Pick Up (Continued) Select your first Stop of the Day from your list of assignments by clicking on the trip After selecting your first stop, the trip details and a map of the location will appear on the screen When you arrive at the pick up destination, select the Pickup button in the upper right hand corner as shown above ** Please note that the pickup button is used only when arriving at your pickup location LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

25 How to Complete a Rider Pick Up- Pick up Response Form After selecting the Pickup button, a pickup response form will appear on your screen. Select the appropriate reason code from the Late Reason Code drop down menu If you are on time to your pick up, simply select the reason code- 0- On Time If you are late to your pick up select the appropriate reason code from the drop down menu Select the Submit button to save your response LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

26 How to Complete a Rider Pick Up- Signature Confirmation After you have completed the Pick up Response Form, the Signature Confirmation box will appear on your screen. Have the rider sign in the confirmation box as shown above. The riders signature can be captured with either a stylus or simply their finger Once you have captured the riders signature, select the Accept button. If you need to erase the signature and start again, simply select the Reset button and the signature will clear. **Please note that signature confirmation will NOT appear if LogistiCare has already notated in their records that the rider is unable to sign. If the rider refuses to sign, the driver may write RTS (refuse to sign) in the signature box and select the accept button. In addition, please contact LogistiCare to inform them of the refusal to sign LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

27 How to Complete a Rider Pick Up- Signature Confirmation (Continued) After selecting the Accept button when capturing the Rider signature, select the Confirm button to save and finalize the signature The confirm depature message window will then display as shown above on the right Select Yes to confirm your departure from the rider pickup LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

28 How to Complete a Rider Pick Up- Signature Confirmation (Continued) After you confirm your depature, the pickup will move off of the list of open trips on the open tab Now that your trip is in progress, the pickup can now be viewed under the In Progress tab as shown above LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

29 How to Complete a Rider Drop Off From the Open tab, select the Drop off from your list of open assignments The Rider drop off details will appear with a map on your screen When you arrive at your drop off location, select the Deliver button LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

30 How to Complete a Rider Drop Off (Continued) After selecting the Deliver button, you will be prompted to confirm your arrival. Select OK from the confirmation message window as shown above LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

31 How to Complete a Rider Drop Off- Drop Off Response Form After selecting Ok to confirm your arrival at your drop off location, you will be prompted again with the Pick Up Response Form for the drop off. Select the late reason code from the drop down menu If you are on time for your drop off, simply select reason code: 0-On Time For other reasons, select the appropriate reason from the drop down menu Select the Submit button to confirm your response LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

32 How to Complete a Rider Drop Off (Continued) Once you have submitted the Pick Up Response Form for the drop off, you will be prompted to confirm your departure. From the message window, select Yes to confirm your departure After you select, Yes another message window will appear to confirm the Leg has been completed Select OK This is confirming that both the pick up and drop off stops have been completed. You will now be directed back to the Open Trip assigments screen for your next trip LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

33 How to use Navigation Using the navigation feature: Select the Pick up or Drop Off from the Open Tab screen Click on the blue navigation icon as shown above to start the navigation functionality LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

34 How to use Navigation (Continued) After clicking the blue navigation icon on your device, the default navigation program on your phone will display your route and directions to your destination. Once your destination is reached, simply exit out of the navigation screen and the WellRyde trip screen will appear LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

35 How to Complete an Exception To handle an exception, for example a Rider No show: **Please note that before an exception is conducted, the dispatcher must first be contacted. Select the Pick up or Drop off from the Open Tab Menu Select the Add Exception button LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

36 How to Complete an Exception (Continued) After selecting the Add Exception button: Select an Exception from the drop down menu as shown above LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

37 How to Complete an Exception (Continued) Type in comments for the Exception in the comments field Select Add Exception button After there has been approval from dispatch for the exception, click on the Cancel Load button The trip will now be removed from your assignments LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

38 Multiple Rider Pick Up from the Same Address A Multiple Rider Pick up will stand out in your list of trip assignments. Multiple rider assignment will contain multiple rider trip information. Pictured above is an example of a Multiple Rider Pick Up. To begin a multiple rider pick up from the same address: Select the Multiple Rider Pick Up from the Open Tab LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

39 Multiple Rider Pick Up from the Same Address (Continued) After selecting the Multiple Rider Pick up from the Open Trip assignments, select a rider to begin with from the list of riders as shown above LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

40 Multiple Rider Pick Up from the Same Address (Continued) Select the Pick up button Then confirm your arrival by selecting the Ok button LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

41 Multiple Rider Pick Up from the Same Address- Signature Confirmation Request the signature from the first rider Capture the signature Select the Accept button Then select the Confirm button to confirm the signature of the first rider LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

42 Multiple Rider Pick Up from the Same Address- (Continued) To continue with the Multiple Rider Pick up, select the next rider from the Pick up list LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

43 Multiple Rider Pick Up from the Same Address (Continued) After selecting the next rider for the pick up, select the Pick Up button Confirm the arrival and select OK from the message window as shown above LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

44 Multiple Rider Pick Up from the Same Address- Signature Confirmation Request the signature from the second rider Capture the signature Select the Accept button Then select the Confirm button to confirm the signature of the second rider LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

45 Multiple Riders Pick Up from the Same Address (Continued) After selecting the Depart button, click Yes in the message window as shown above to confirm your departure Click the In-Progress tab to view the Multiple Rider Pick Up that is now in progress LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.

46 Multiple Riders Pick Up from the Same Address (Continued) If you now select the Open Tab, you can view the Drop Off stops for the Multiple Rider Pickup you just completed. **Please note that Drop Offs do not have to be completed in the same order as they appear on the screen LogistiCare Solutions, LLC.
