2 Days of operation and locations Open Kitchen Kaunas will be on Thursdays in Žalgirio arena. Open Kitchen Vilnius will be on Fridays & Saturdays in Tymo Turgus.

3 Additional Services OKV Trucks parked on O. Šimaitės g. Music extended to Kūdrų Park, with 2 lounge zones. Children area with free fruits. Few farmers from Tymo Turgus will be selling their produce. OKV & OKK Different DJ and playlists every day. Live concerts once per month. Art area dedicated to exhibitions, street art and various performances. Foosball tables, outdoor games, board games.

4 Waste management Single use plastic packaging is strictly forbidden! Our suppliers will offer nature friendly packaging to all. All beverages will be sold in reusable glasses, biodegradable, paper, glass bottles or cans. We are hiring a waste management company to help us with recycling, during and after our events. 5 Participation Fees Fee includes rent, electricity, waste management, lavatories, water access, license, music, organization and PR 1 event = 80 + electricity + VAT 2 events / same week = 164 (-10%) + electricity + VAT 3 events / same week = 192 (-20 %) + electricity + VAT

6 Electricity Calculator Up to 1KW: 0 extra (80 + 0) From 1KW to 5KW: 20 extra ( ) Over 5KW: per KW. For example a truck coming with 15 KW would pay 20 + (10 * 2 ) = 40 ( x) This year, we will use monitors to control the individual electricity consumption of vendors. Deposit will be ceased in case the electricity needs declared during the application online exceeds the amount needed onsite.

7 Additional PR services (optional) 20 = POST AND BOOST Our PR guru will condense your desired info into a well-rounded post and boost it at best possible time 140 = PRO PHOTO PACK Photographer will come to Open Kitchen and will make 30 professional photo. Post and boost not included. 200 = VIDEO Videographer will come to Open Kitchen and will make professional video story about you. Post and boost not included. 290 = PRO PHOTOPACK + VIDEO Post and boost not included.

8 Alcoholic beverages Alcoholic beverages are sold exclusively from our bars.

9 CANCELLATION / APPLICATION / SALES SPOT / WEATHER / PRESS RELEASE OK 2018, will be open every week depending on amount of participants registered, no matter the weather. The minimum amount of vendors required is defined by organizers. If the number is lower than required, we will cancel the event. You will be automatically informed within one hour after closing of registrations. In this case, you will be refunded within 5 working days. The application will close on Tuesday for Kaunas. Wednesday for Vilnius-Friday and Thursday for Vilnius-Saturday sharp! Past this time, no application will be accepted. Payments must be done by date and time specified above, or you will not be allowed to participate, neither will you be included in the press release. Your sales spot will be up to you. First pay, first choose! Applications are open for the full season.

10 Vilnius - Tymo Turgus Tymo Turgus will be renovated in Autumn. This year, we will be able to occupy more space till late September (see next slide). Jammi Grill is going to be open this season.

12 Quality Control To improve the overall quality of our events, we hired an independent hygiene company to perform random checks this summer. We reserve the right to terminate contract after 2 warnings (verbal, written) regarding, hygiene or quality issues.

13 Other projects Neris project is closed for now. If anything changes during the summer, we will inform you. Palanga might open later this summer. It will be open for few days only. We will also inform you of any update.
