(2 Days) PRICES ARE EXCLUSIVE OF VAT 20% Total Cost To Apply: Please complete and sign this form and return it with the required supporting documentation if applicable. Also, choose your preferred area choices that are shown on the map attached. Please note you must trade for both days. What happens next? Your application will be assessed and we will respond to you as soon as possible. Priority will be given to exhibitors who attended last years event and will be on a first come, first served basis. Due to high demand we will be limiting the number of exhibitors with the same produce range. If your application is accepted, you will be sent two invoices. One for a non-refundable 80 plus VAT deposit, which needs be paid within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. And another for the remaining balance, which needs to be paid within 90 days of receipt of the invoice. If you require the provision of electricity please complete the Electricity Provision Application Form and return. You will be invoiced separately for your electricity. Please note, non/late payment or if we are unable to contact you, may result in your application being cancelled and your stand given to those on our waiting list. You have also been sent an Exhibitor Information Pack, which includes important event information and marketing/advertising opportunities for your business. When returning this application form please ensure you enclose: - A photograph of the products you wish to sell at the event or a picture of your stall at a recent event. - Electricity application form if applicable. Contractual Obligations - I confirm that I will provide upon demand during the event, the following: - Copy of Public & Personal Liability Insurance Cover (of at least 5,000,000 for any one incident) and if necessary a copy of your Employers Liability Insurance. - Risk Assessment for the event for your stand (please use the standard template attached). - Safety certificates (including PAT testing evidence) for any equipment you intend to bring to the event. - Evidence under the Food Safety Act 1990 Food Hygiene Rating Certificate A current copy of this. - Copy of your Food Safety System
4 Please note for those wishing to sell alcohol at The Yorkshire Dales Food & Drink Festival you will need to apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) information relating to how to do this is included in your exhibitor pack. Please note this is your responsibility. A separate TEN is not required for The Make & Bake Festival. Our PR team will also be in touch with you. 5 Electricity Provision Application Form Due to our venues locations all power will be supplied by generators. It is therefore essential and very important that we know exactly what equipment you will be bringing with you and using over the course of the festival weekends. Please list exactly which appliances you will be bringing and their wattage (this can usually be found on the appliance itself) and work out the total Kilo Watts you will require to run your stall. You can then work out your electricity costs for the event (see electricity pricing structure). Please note this will be policed over the course of the event weekend. If any additional appliances are found on your stand which you have not listed below, you will be asked to unplug and remove the appliances.
