1 Theatre Marketing and Box Office Form THIS IS THE PRACTICE MARKETING FORM. THE FORM THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT TO CAPITAL FRINGE IS FOUND ON THE CAPITAL FRINGE WEBSITE, UNDER 'RENTAL PROCESS' As part of the services that we provide, Capital Fringe provides support for engaging your audience through best practice techniques with copy editing, social media listing, and general event announcements. We will take what you provide below, and host it on our website, share it through our social media networks and newsletter recipients to get the word out about your production. While the bulk of the marketing and promoting of your production is your responsibility, we want to help you grow your audience and develop your voice and community engagement. The questions below help with this. You can only fill out this form ONCE! While we will use the blurbs, often times, the most penetrating promotion is just a simple, plain spoken expression. This ticketing system is unique in that it allows for Capital Fringe to manage the sale of your tickets while providing you with realtime access to the sales, the
6 ability to issue Complimentary (comp) tickets, and generate reports to download date on your audience: s, addresses, phone numbers, so you can continue to expend your network and reach. Please do note that OvationTix applies a Fee for all online sales. This fee will be applied against your ticket sales. After you complete this information, the Program Manager, David Carter, will generate your OvationTix access so you can start to use the ticketing system. Upon completion of this form, please do send a completed and signed W9 tax form. This form allows for Capital Fringe to payout your ticket sales. 25. PRIMARY CONTACT FOR THE BOX OFFICE * 26. W9 / TAX INFORMATION * Once I complete this form, I will send to David@capitalfringe.org a completed W9 form so that I can get paid! Images Your production images must be submitted to david@capitalfringe.org. Images need to be submitted at least five weeks before your rental begins. Use the subject line: FRINGE THEATRE : MARKETING IMAGES : [your show title here]. We are not able to list your show online or begin promotion without these images. Capital Fringe will create a webpage showcasing your work, on its site. For your capitalfringe.org listing, we require an image that is: + jpeg format + at least 72dpi pixels wide x 540 pixels high
