5 Stock management and store closure support OCS Retail Support has a proven track record of stock support for retail change management. We can offer a comprehensive solution for de-stocking, re-stocking, stock data management, goods receiving or reverse logistics. Using the latest RF technology and hand held data capture devices, our teams will locate and scan stock that is no longer ranged in a particular store and prepare it to be sent either through the distribution centres to other stores or back to the supplier. Our stock support teams are experienced in most of the electronic ordering systems and are supported by an IT department able to write bespoke software solutions to meet the individual needs of our clients.
