In the next few minutes, I will highlight some of the Release 13 Oracle Procurement Cloud enhancements. 2 Release 13 enhancement highlights can be categorized into 4 areas: usability, supplier management, sourcing and purchasing. 3 Let s take a look at some of the usability improvements I think you will be excited about. 4

2 Work area landing pages now use the latest visual infolets to highlight areas or exceptions that need your attention. 5 The infolets are actionable and take you directly to the details with a single click. 6 Many of these infolets also flip or expand for more information, and you can configure the layout and content of the landing pages to best suit your needs. 7 Your self service procurement users will benefit from a modern, updated experience. Frequently purchased items are available so you can quickly see your latest purchases and add to your cart with a single click. 8 You can also see highlighted categories and other content to quickly find the goods and services you need. 9

3 You can also refine searches by category, brand or price range and there are modern visual animations when adding items to comparisons or when adding to the shopping cart For when you are on the go, a new self service procurement mobile app for ios and android will let you shop directly from your phone with a modern user experience. 12 Now, let s take a look at some of the supplier management enhancements. 13

4 Similar to the landing page usability improvements, your suppliers will also have a refreshed user experience when using Supplier Portal. Items that require their attention are highlighted with visual infolets and a single click to take action. 14 Your suppliers can also update their profile information such as updating bank account information using Supplier Portal, helping ensure you have the most accurate and timely updates to supplier information. 15 If you are using Supplier Qualification Management, you can now take advantage of scoring of supplier responses to questionnaires and automatically qualifying suppliers based on their scores. 16 This allows you to streamline qualification and re-qualifications of large numbers of suppliers while reducing administration. 17 Next, let s take a look at the Sourcing enhancement highlights. 18

5 In sourcing, you can now use sourcing programs to capture savings goals, your plans for achieving those goals, and track your progress against those savings This helps you align goals, execution plans, and detailed savings progress so you can make adjustments as early as possible. 22

6 You can let your collaboration team individually score supplier responses and provide an overall team score during evaluation. You can control whether those team members can access pricing information or limit their review to technical responses. 23 This will help ensure you capture feedback from stakeholders and improve transparency to your award decisions. 24 For those of you working in the public sector, you can now publish abstracts of your published negotiations to ensure you comply with regulations and help improve supplier participation. 25 Lastly, let s look at the purchasing enhancement highlights. 26

7 You can use a new mass close in spreadsheet capability to close and final close purchase orders using flexible selection criteria to extract to a spreadsheet where you can update the status. 27 This gives you flexibility to close orders and commit those changes directly from the spreadsheet. 28 Similar to the electronic signature integration used in Procurement Contracts, you can now use electronic signature integration with DocuSign for both purchase orders and agreements. You can securely send, review and sign those purchasing documents, streamlining the signature process. 29 This covered just a few highlights from the many Release 13 enhancements to Procurement Cloud. 30
