1 TErMS AND CONDITIONS FOr BULK SALES 2017 Foreword The present Terms and Conditions of Sale automatically apply, without restriction, to: All bulk sale orders, as stipulated in Article 1, Placed by tourism professionals, works councils, and non-profit associations (hereafter referred to as the "Customer"), Via the Customer Services of the et du domaine national de Versailles (Public Institution of the Palace, Museum and National Estate of Versailles), whose contact information is listed below. Bulk sales of subscriptions are subject to the general terms and conditions for subscriptions. The EPV reserves the right to modify the present Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, without notice. In the event of modification, all orders will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale that were in force at the time the order was placed. The Customer s purchase of bulk tickets indicates unconditional acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions of sale and are applicable in all countries. 2 Article 1 Description Ticket validity Bulk sales apply to Customers who wish to buy at least 30 undated and unnamed tickets that are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. These are individual tickets (the Palace, Passport, Passport including the extra fee on Musical Fountain Show and Musical Garden days, the Estate of Trianon, etc.) and cannot be used for groups. Tickets sold in bulk provide self-guided access to all areas in the museum and the Estate of Versailles that are open on the day of the visit (the Palace of Versailles, the Palaces of Trianon, Marie-Antoinette's Estate, and the Coach Gallery), to temporary exhibitions, to the Gardens, to the Musical Fountain Shows and Musical Garden days (depending on the ticket purchased and the day of the visit). A bulk sales ticket does not provide access to the group entrance. The price of a bulk sales ticket must be legible, otherwise entry may be denied. Article 2 Ordering Customers must send their orders to ven@crm.chateauversailles.fr, with "VN" in the subject line. Once Customer Services receives the , they will send an order form to the Customer via , along with the present Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Customer must then return the order form after filling out the following information: the number and type of ticket requested (the Palace, Passport, Passport including Musical Fountain Show and Musical Garden days, the Estate of Trianon, etc.) as well as the means of collection. They must also tick the box indicating that they expressly and unreservedly accept the present Terms and Conditions of Sale. Requests will be processed 2 days after the order date (5 days at the latest if the request was made before a weekend). Payment methods are indicated in Article 4. Customers may collect their tickets under the conditions described in Article 5 below. Article 3 Prices of bulk tickets The prices of tickets sold in bulk are indicated in euros net of tax (in accordance with the provisions of Article 256 of the French General Tax Code). Orders are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of the order. The EPV reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without notice.

3 The EPV offers discounts on the purchase of bulk tickets under certain conditions. A 5% discount off the ticket price for any Customer who purchases a total of at least 30 tickets (all types of tickets included) from the start of the calendar year, A 9% discount off the ticket price for any Customer who purchases a total of at least 300 tickets (all types of tickets included) from the start of the calendar year, A 13% discount off the ticket price for any Customer who purchases a total of at least 600 tickets (all types of tickets included) from the start of the calendar year, A 14% discount for an annual purchase of 50,000 tickets, including 30,000 Passports. The EPV calculates the number of tickets from 1 January to 31 December of each calendar year. It establishes a list of Customers who are given discounts after each order. No retroactive discounts are applied. Visits sold as part of the "Self-guided visits of the Palace" offer may be subject to reduced or free admission for visitors who meet the conditions listed in the document "Exemption from admission fees to the museum's permanent collections" - accessible via the following link: Visitors who are eligible for total or partial exemption of the admission fee must present identification and valid documentary evidence. Article 4 Payment for bulk sales 4.1- Any bulk order, no matter where it originates, must be paid in euros. Payment must be made after receipt of the preliminary invoice, which gives the payment deadline Customers may pay: either by telephone via Customer Services: - By credit card for orders up to 1,500, - On invoice for accredited Customers authorised by agreement (4.4). or on site at the Régie des Recettes: - By credit card, - By cheque, - In cash up to 1,000, - On invoice for accredited Customers (4.4), - Or by bank transfer to the following account with the Yvelines Paymaster General. IBAN: FR BIC: TRPUFRP1. The order number must be included in the title of the bank transfer For credit card payments, the following cards are accepted:

4 Carte Bleue / Visa / Eurocard / Mastercard, JCB, American Express For payment on invoice, the Customer must meet the following conditions: Be an accredited Customer with an agreement that explicitly authorises such a payment (Article 6), Make their payment to the EPV Accounting Agency The Customer guarantees that they are fully authorised to use the card used to pay the order and that this card provides access to sufficient funds to cover payment of the order. The EPV is required to provide two copies of a transaction receipt including the date, hour, and amount of the transaction. Proof of payment is sent to the address that was given during the order. The EPV uses the PAYBOX VERIFONE system, which stores a copy of the transaction receipt for a period of five years, plus any other applicable time limits. PAYBOX VERIFONE will store this receipt on a reliable and durable material that serves as a true copy, according to the provisions of Article 1379 of the Civil Code and Decree No of 5 December The Website's computerised records are to be considered by all parties as proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties. Article 5 Collection of tickets Customers may receive their tickets by post or collect them at the Régie des Recettes, upon payment. Article 6 Accredited customers Customers may be eligible for specific payment arrangements and special means of communication by signing an ad hoc agreement with the EPV. Customers interested in such an agreement should send an to ven@chateauversailles.fr Article 7 Liability and penalties All orders are taken based on information provided by the Customer. Customers are thus responsible for verifying the information regarding their order. Customer Services declines all responsibility for any order placed using incorrect or incomplete information. The EPV also reserves the right to suspend or terminate application of provisions relating to discounts on bulk sales if the Customer, on several occasions, does not abide by the present Terms and Conditions of Sale or regulations governing visits of the museum and the estate.

5 Any person who engages in unlawful reproduction of a ticket or who uses a counterfeit ticket may be prosecuted. The EPV declines all responsibility in case of loss or theft or use of copies without the Customer's knowledge, including within the Palaces and National Estate of Versailles and Trianon. In the event of failure to comply with the conditions of this article, the EPV reserves the right to deny access to the visit in question. Article 8 No cooling-off period - Complaints 8.1- Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded According to Article L of the Consumer Code, the sale of entry tickets to a museum, considered a recreational service, is not subject to a cooling-off period Any complaint of any kind must be submitted in writing using the contact form ( at the latest on the day of the visit. The Customer must choose the subject line "Complaints". Article 9 Personal Data The has set up a data processing system to manage and track orders, deliveries, payments, customer relations, and customer prospecting. The EPV has made a declaration to the CNIL (the French Data Protection Authority) regarding automatic processing of Customers personal data, including management of Customer s. Customer information and data are required in order to prepare the order and for communication with the EPV. They are stored in the EPV's database. The EPV stores this data in the Customer's personal account area; this information is required to carry out the transaction. In addition, once this data is saved, the Customer will be able to complete further transactions more quickly. According to the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, all Customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal information using the following contact form ( under the subject line "Other subject". A response will be given within 2 months after the request is received. Using the forms available on the EPV's website,, the Customer may choose to receive special offers or information regarding the EPV or its partners, either via or post. If the Customer no longer wishes to be included in the EPV's database, they must select the appropriate setting on the EPV site, or send their request to Customer Services. Article 10 Miscellaneous In the event that any one of the Terms and Conditions of Sale is considered illegal or unenforceable by a court decision, the other Terms and Conditions shall remain in force.

6 10.2- Pursuant to Articles and seq. of the French Civil Code and, where appropriate, Article L of the French Commercial Code, the information provided on the Website shall be binding between the parties. The scope of proof of the information provided by the EPV s computer systems is that given to an original in the sense of a printed document, signed by hand Failure by a Customer to comply with the obligations set out in the present Terms and Conditions of Sale, and in particular those relating to any payment incident concerning the price of an order, may lead to suspension of access to the Website service, or even cancellation of the Customer s account, depending on the degree of seriousness of the actions in question, without prejudice to any damages that may be claimed by the EPV. Accordingly, the EPV reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom such a dispute exists. Article 11 Applicable law Disputes Bulk sales of tickets set forth in the present Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the Versailles courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
