To recap on what was an extremely busy and exciting half of the current year 2012; Amadeus Jordan reached new heights in number of customers acquired and new businesses developed. On the products level, we also increased our online offerings and web-services solutions deployment, with the launch of a new B2B top-of-the-art art solution, namely Amadeus E-Consolidator. E More and more travel agencies enjoy now using other different Amadeus products, such as Amadeus Customer Profiles, Master Pricer Expert, Amadeus Automated Ticket Changer and many others. On the Sales & Marketing level, we have also increased our sales force by recruiting a new member, namely Miss Dana Khoulki who many of you know her before joining us. I am also sure that the finger prints of our Marketing executive, Miss Dina Maayeh are clear to all of you as she is on a weekly contact with you. Amadeus participation in the ATM 2012 is another sound success, where we have been chosen by our partners as the preferred Global Distribution system stem for Hotel Booking platform, add to that the new products announced, such as Amadeus Offers and Amadeus Mobile solution. You will have more information on such event in the Newsletter. On the Customer Service level, Mrs. Abeer Mustafa has recently joined join us, bringing with her a rich knowledge of Amadeus system that will definitely add a great value to the daily support activities. The second half of 2012 will be no different!! We will continue to enhance and invest in our product offerings that will help hel improve the experience and efficiency for our customers. In such direction, I am pleased to announce here that there will be a couple of workshops to be conducted after the Holy month of Ramadan. 3 ATM 2012 coverage th This year was another great success for Amadeus at the Arabian Travel Market, Dubai. For the 11 consecutive time, Amadeus has had the opportunity of being heard by this regions airli airline ne and travel agency community where w we wtinessed a highly busy stand of over 600 registered visitors. During those 3 busy days, we e had the opportunity to annouce the launch of Amadeus Mobile Traveller, a fully intergrated and complete mobile application designed to support pre-trip, in-trip, and posttrip functionalities, during a press conference where more than 20 media publications had attended. On the very last day of the ATM, a seminar discussion was organized by the three major GDS s in which the topic was on How to fully utilise the GDS. Following the discussion, we were deeply honored to know that Amadeus was chosen as the technology provider of choice for our hotel booking platform (Amadues Content Store) in the MENA region, according to a poll that was conducted among the audience. We are very pleased to have our content store as the best nonair solution and strongly urge those of you who are not familiar with this solution to dig dig deeper and discover how it can benefit your business and drive greater revenue! The entertainment included an incredible acrobats performance, a beautiful violenist piece and a stimulating performance by the Dubai Drums that everyone took part in. We attracted a great audience to our stand and put smiles on lots of faces after a long eventful day! To wrap up, we are very pleased with the results of our participation, participation had a great time networking and are looking forward to another great showing at the ATM next year. 5 #Amadeus Tip Do you know that some airlines CANNOT process a big number of tickets to be issued in ONE TTP ENTRY in a ONE PNR? For example, in a PNR created on Turkish Airlines that holds more than 5 passengers, there is a big possibility that the TTP entry will fail and you will see CANN tickets registered into your Sales Report (TJQ/SOF).
