The Buffalo Wild Wings UFC Text to Win Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. ( Sponsor ). Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:00 p.m. (Noon) Central Time ( CT ) (or the open time of each participating Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant location [ Participating BWW Location ], whichever is later) ( Start ) on or about November 4, 2017, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (or Participating BWW Location close time, whichever is earlier) ( End ) on December 2, 2017 ( Sweepstakes Period ). Sweepstakes consists of five (5) Entry Periods, each of which run from the Start time to the End time listed above at the Participating BWW Location on November 4, 2017; November 11, 2017; November 18, 2017, November 28, 2017; and December 2, 2017 (each and Entry Period ). ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents (with valid U.S. social security number) of the 50 United States or District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, as of date of entry ( Eligible Entrants ). Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligible age and residency, as determined in Sponsor s sole discretion. Eligible Entrants must have authorized access to a mobile phone with SMS text capability and mobile phone service contract that includes messaging data plan sufficient to include any text messages associated with the Sweepstakes in order to enter via SMS text message ( Mobile Device ). Employees, directors and officers of Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. and Zuffa, LLC, any of their affiliates, parent companies, subsidiary companies, franchises and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the Sweepstakes Entities ), and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes an Eligible Entrant s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor s decisions, which are final and binding. HOW TO ENTER: During an Entry Period, visit a Participating BWW Location and look for signage throughout the restaurant displaying the Entry Period keyword ( Keyword ) and using the Keyword (the Keyword will change each Entry Period), enter one of two ways: (1) SMS Text Message Entry. During the Entry Period, use your Mobile Device to text the corresponding Entry Period Keyword to ( Text Entry ). By submitting a Text Entry, entrant consents to receive at least one (1) response SMS text message per Text Entry for age verification purposes and, if eligible age is verified, a second Text Entry confirmation response SMS text message. Standard text messaging and data rates may apply to send and receive transmissions associated with Text Entry. Entry may not be possible on all wireless carriers. Copying, sharing, posting or disseminating a Keyword for any purpose other than your own SMS Text Message Entry is strictly prohibited. Entrants suspected of violating this condition or obtaining a Keyword from any source other than Participating BWW Location signage may be disqualified. RANDOM DRAWING: On or about December 8, 2017, independent judges ( Judges ), will select one (1) potential grand prize winner and 25 first prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible SMS Text Entries and Website Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. On or about December 11, 2017 at approximately 10:00:00 a.m. CT, Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winner making up to two (2) attempts via a telephone call to potential winner via the phone number submitted with entry. Potential winner must answer and Sponsor will not leave a message for potential winner. Upon request, potential winner must provide first name, last name, address, date of birth, valid address and confirm Mobile Device number (if applicable) at time of prize notification, and any evidence required by Sponsor to substantiate residence eligibility upon request. Judges decisions regarding eligibility and winner selection are final and binding on all participants. The potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements and comply with these Official Rules to qualify for a prize, and grand prize winner must execute Affidavit of Eligibility, Waiver of Liability, and Publicity Release form and guest must sign a Travel Companion form ( Form Forms ) prior to receiving a prize, as described in the Claiming Prize section below. ODDS: Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during Sweepstakes Period. GRAND PRIZES (3): A 3-day/2-night trip for winner and a guest to UFC 219 in Las Vegas, Nevada ( Event ). Trip includes two (2) round-trip coach air transportation (winner and winner s guest); round trip ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel; two (2) nights hotel (one (1) standard double occupancy room); two (2) tickets to UFC219 (Seat location determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Terms and conditions of tickets apply) on December 30, 2017; Dinner for winner and a guest (must be 18+ years of age) on December 29, 2017 (location of dinner to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and an VIP Experience consisting of two (2) reserved seats at weigh in on December 29, 2017, a backstage tour at UFC 219 or a tour of the UFC Headquarters for winner and guest (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and hospitalit y which includes food and non-alcoholic beverages on December 30, Approximate retail value ( ARV ) of Grand Prize: Up to $4,100. Actual value of prize will vary based on departure and destination airports and seat location to UFC219, but, if the actual value is less than stated ARV, difference in prize value will not be awarded to winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets. Sponsor is not responsible if the UFC 219 or portion thereof, is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which the Event portion of prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no substitution or cash redemptions will be provided, except at the Sponsor s sole discretion Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and are required to travel on December 29, 2017 and December 31, Winner and his/her respective guest are responsible for all taxes and all other expenses not included in the prize package, including, without limitation, ground travel, parking, meals, room service, souvenirs, phone calls, incidentals, tips, and other personal expenses. 3 Total ARV of all prizes: Up to $12,800. Prizes are nontransferable, except at Sponsor s sole discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. No fees, costs, transportation or parking, gratuities or other expenses are included unless specifically listed herein. CLAIMING PRIZES: All prize claims are subject to verification by Sponsor. Grand Prizes: Sponsor will attempt to send Forms to potential winners using the address provided at the time of prize notification and/or website ent ry ( Form Distribution ). Potential Grand Prize winner and guest must complete, sign, have notarized and return the Forms (and the completed signed Forms must be received by Sponsor) within 3 days of Form Distribution or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Winner agrees to complete a Form W-9 and return it to Sponsor, if requested. If required by law, Sponsor shall cause a Form 1099-MISC to be submitted to the IRS reflecting the value of the prize. Sponsor shall send a copy of Form 1099-MISC to the winner. First Prizes: Sponsor will attempt to mail the gift card to the potential winners using the address provided at the time of prize notification and/or website ent ry. Potential winners using Keyword in connection with Entry may be required to verify in writing that they obtained and used the Keyword in compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of any of the following: noncompliance with these Official Rules; a potential winner cannot be contacted using the information corresponding to an entry; potential winner does not answer telephone call attempts, a potential winner does not provide accurate requested information at the time of prize notification; a prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable; a potential winner does not claim a prize in accordance with the prize notification, is deemed ineligible for any reason, or declines the prize offered, the prize will be forfeited and awarded by random drawing conducted by Judges from among all remaining non-winning, eligible entries, time permitting. If prize is not properly claimed in accordance with these Official Rules it will be deemed unclaimed, and may not be awarded. Properly claimed prize will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received, but in no event will Sponsor award more prizes than are provided for in these Official Rules. If there is a printing or technical error that leads to more prize claims than there are prizes provided for in the Official Rules, prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. CONDITIONS: Winner grants Sponsor a royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use and publish his/her first name, first initial of last name, city/town and state of residence in connection with the Sweepstakes, unless prohibited by law. Acceptance of a prize/reward constitutes permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to use winner s name and likeness for commercial, advertising and promotional purposes as Sponsor so determines without notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold the Sweepstakes Entities harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of Sweepstakes participation and (if applicable) acceptance/use of the prize and any prize related activity. 4 acceptance/use of prize or prize related activity. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering, the announcement of prize, or in the administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, technical errors, unauthorized human intervention or other similar causes corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the Sweepstakes ( Disruption ). If the Sweepstakes is subject to Disruption, if possible, Sponsor will award prize via a random drawing from among all unaffected eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date and will post notice of the termination at the Participating BWW Locations and on the Sweepstakes website. Sponsor is not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed Mobile Device, computer hardware, software and other technical failures of any kind, including injury or damage to any person s Mobile Device relating to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, nor is it responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, communications line failure, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, delay in operation, transmission, or distribution of Sweepstakes procedure/communications whether caused by the participant or otherwise, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If a dispute arises regarding compliance with these Official Rules, Sponsor may consider, in its sole discretion, data reasonably available to Sponsor through information technology systems in Sponsor s control, but Sponsor shall not be obligated to consider any data or other information collected from any other source. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods will void all corresponding Sweepstakes entries and entrant will be disqualified. Any attempt by any entrant to submit entries using multiple/different identities or Mobile Device numbers or any other methods will void all corresponding entries, and that entrant may be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or which subvert the entry process are void. If there is a dispute, all Entries will be deemed to have been made by the owner of the Mobile Device number associated with the entry. For these purposes, the owner of a Mobile Device number means the natural person assigned to such Mobile Device number by the carrier responsible for providing service to the Mobile Device number at the time of entry. Any failure by Sponsor to enforce any of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of such Official Rules. If there is any conflict between any term of these Official Rules and any marketing or entry materials used in connection with the Sweepstakes, the terms of these Official Rules will govern. DISPUTE RESOLUTION/CHOICE OF LAW: All decisions of the Sponsor with regard to this Sweepstakes are final. Except where prohibited, each entrant and winner accepting a prize agrees that: (a) all issues and questions concerning these rules will be governed by Minnesota law without giving effect to any conflicts of law principles of any jurisdiction; (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or prize awarded must be (i) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and (ii) filed only in the state courts situated in Minnesota, and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims or causes of action; (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys fees; and (d) under no circumstances will 4 P a g e

5 any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow for limitations on the ability to pursue class action remedies, or certain kinds of damages, and so these limitations may not apply to you.
