4 Step 1: The customer completes the ACN lead form Go to Home Security Partnership on the ACN IBO s Online Shop or to complete the ACN lead form. To ensure the IBO receives compensation: Submit your lead using ONLY the ACN lead form via the ACN Online Shop or ww.myacn.eu Do not fill in the Verisure lead or quote form available via the web search engines Do not contact Verisure directly to place your lead or request a quote

7 Step 1: The customer completes the ACN lead form Once the lead form has been completed, click on the Save button. You should get a confirmation screen as shown below.

8 Step 1: The customer completes the ACN lead form After a lead is submitted, ACN will automatically send the referral to Verisure to process. The customer and the IBO will receive an confirmation in their inbox immediately after submitting the ACN lead form Remember the IBO doesn t need to complete the sale or confirm the order, they just need to submit good quality leads and Verisure will take care of the rest The lead order will be visible on the IBOs Personal Customer List (PCL) within 3 working days. It is important not to place any duplicate orders during this time.

10 Step 2: The customer books an appointment with a Security Consultant with a Security Consultant After the lead form has been filled in and submitted, an appointment with a Verisure Security Consultant should be booked. The customer will need to call Verisure on their dedicated phone number exclusive for ACN leads, This phone number is attended during business hours on weekdays. If a lead form is submitted and the customer does not contact Verisure to book an appointment, Verisure will contact the customer to arrange it. In this case, the customer will be called from a 0800 number after business hours during the week, or on the weekend. If Verisure is unable to reach the customer over the phone after 15 attempts, they will then contact the customer via . It is important to provide a correct day-time contact phone number of the customer to ensure a succesfull contact. Once the appointment is booked, the customer will receive an confirmation.

11 Step 2: The customer books an appointment with a Security Consultant with a Security Consultant The Verisure Security Consultant will visit the customer to demonstrate and sell the service, and agree with the customer on the final product based on the agreed action plan. They will also sign the contract with the customer and agree on the installation date The price of the Kit and the reccuring monthly fee will vary depending on the type of Security Kit the customer will finaly purchase. The Security Consultant will advsie the customer on the cost during the visit. The IBO does not need to sell the product but simply send good quality leads. Please do not communicate prices to the customers as the price might change depending on the home s needs.

13 Step 3: The Security Consultant visits the customer, installs the alarm, gets the customer to sign the contract and collects the payment The Verisure technician installs the alarm, activates the service and collects the payment Home: the service subscriber must be present in the place during the installation and must provide the following documents: Copy of contract and action plan Proof of Address: Copy of ID card/ Utility Bills/ Bank Statement/ Council Tax Valid payment method: Credit Card, Debit Card, cheque, cash Business: the legal representative of the business must be on site during the installation and must provide the following documents: Copy of contract and action plan Copy VAT Registration( Only if he has if not a proof of address) Proof of Address: Copy of ID card/ Utility Bills/ Bank Statement/ Council Tax Valid payment method: Credit Card, Debit Card, cheque, cash.

15 Important Reminders Placing the lead The only way to successfully place a lead is via the lead form available on the Online Shop If the customer does not call Verisure on the dedicated phone number for ACN leads, Verisure will attempt to reach the customer by phone a total of 15 times. The calling hours are weekdays after business hours and during the weekend. The customer will be called from a number that begins with If the customer is still not reachable, Verisure will then send an requesting contact. In that case, please ensure the customer contacts Verisure using the dedicated phone number for ACN leads. Please provide a day-time contact number for the customer on the lead form, preferably a mobile number

16 Important Reminders Tracking the lead IBOs can simply log in to the IBO Back Office and refer to their Personal Customer List (PCL), remember it can take up to 3 working days for it to appear on the PCL Things to avoid Do not complete the Verisure lead or quote form available via the web search engines Do not contact Verisure directly to place your lead or request a quote Do not visit the Verisure offices or branches to submit a lead An IBO should never contact Verisure directly about their customer s order Please do not communicate prices to the customers as the price might change depending on the home s needs
