Alice Kingston and other residents of Newburgh attended the meeting to outline concerns regarding the proposed re-construction of County Road 11, in the Village of Newburgh. The report of the Physical Services Committee was introduced. And further, That in respect of the reconstruction of County Road No. 11 in the Village of Newburgh, that the recommended design be revised to reflect the retaining of the second and third trees immediately west of Church Street on the north side of the roadway protected by a barrier curb with the existing sidewalk to be left undisturbed in that vicinity and the storm sewer relocated from under the edge of pavement on the north side to the south side of the roadway - all other trees to be removed as illustrated on the plans."
