Key accountabilities - Development and delivery of the ryse up program, in line with successful funding application and funding body requirements, that builds self-esteem, confidence and gender reconnection and re-engages Year 9 girls back into school. - Recruitment, management and utilising of community partners, staff and volunteers to attaining strong engagement and connection with students. - Linking with community partners to ensure the development of informed knowledgeable students who understand service pathways and connections. - Building of strong supportive relationships with stakeholders and with the Advisory Group. - Management of project and budget to ensure it meets project outcomes, evaluation and reporting requirements, financial projections and timeframes. - Other duties from time to time as directed.
