Middle School Master Planning Process 1. Familiarized team with existing middle schools and sites 2. Engaged Decision Insite (DI) for Enrollment Projection Study 3. Developed Middle School Programming with District Administration 4. Created Options with the District Administration then refined those Options for further feedback from District Administration 5. Developed graphic representations of those Options as solutions on each site 6. Produced Budget Estimates to support the various options 7. Went through several iterations of Options and budgeting to arrive at this presentation 2

Eugene Klinger Middle School Opportunities 637 students today, have had as many as 1,200 Large auditorium for 720 including mezzanine Built 1965, pool added a year later Cafeteria has three seatings of approximately 220 Several HVAC upgrades over recent years Layout - Originally set up as team structure with team rooms, now used as special ed and support Bleachers in gym replaced several years ago 5
