BUSINESS LAUNCH CHECKLIST Congratulations! You ve started your new business and now it s time to tell your friends and family about your new adventure. To have the highest rate of success, we encourage you to hold your first Business Launch with an upline leader who has achieved great results and who can answer questions you and your guests might have. 5-7 DAYS AHEAD OF LAUNCH Pick a date and confirm it with your upline mentor/partner. Place product order for samples and on-sight sales. (if applicable) Create a guest list. (Invite 2x s the desired # of guests.) Create an email invitation list. Download and print your invitations. Distribute invitations and ask for RSVP. (Do not rely on just email.) 3 DAYS AHEAD OF LAUNCH Call to confirm guests reservations and times. Re-confirm debut date with upline mentor/partner. DAY OF LAUNCH Call and re-confirm attendees. Prepare a comfortable, clean, and inviting meeting area. Have water and samples of your choice of SPN, Body FX, etc. to serve as refreshments. Be prepared one hour ahead of launch time. If available, have easy listening music playing lightly in background. Have the following items ready for presentation o Ice/blender o Products for display (Empties are recommended.) o Sample products and serving tray for tasting (SPN, Body FX Shakes, Zavita, etc.) o Pens/pencils o Laptop or TV with wire connections for presentation DVD or powerpoint o Flip-chart if no TV or laptop available o Testimonials/brag book o Small Dixie cups for samples o Products to sell o Product brochures and laminated menu guide o Retail receipt pad with calculator o Folders with product order forms, sales aid forms, AMO forms. and distributor applications o Guest prize/gift (if offering a reward for those willing to book a referral party that night.) LAUNCH FOLLOW-UP Call your guests within 24-48 hours and thank them for coming. Perhaps, share with them the success of your party and how others responded positively, became customers, etc. Ask guest if they would like to host a Business Launch Party and share the message of wellness and a night of fun with a few people they know.

7 HABITS OF A HIGHLY EFFECTIVE BUSINESS LAUNCH" 1. SAMPLES: Be sure to have samples of products set out for guest to try as they arrive such as Body FX shakes, SPN Energy, SPN Rehydration, and ZAVITA. 2. CONNECT: (15 min.) Welcome guests and invite them to sample the products you have available. Give each guest a folder that includes the forms and brochures they will use during and after your gathering. 3. SHARE THE PRESENTATION (35 min.) WELCOME: Open the meeting by welcoming and thanking your guest for coming. Also, acknowledge those who have won a free gift by bringing a guest. (Free gift could include a 3-Day Sample, Mini-Z, or an SPN drink packet.) SHARE YOUR STORY: What have the products done for you? What has been your experience with The Ultimate Body Makeover? How did you first hear about FirstFitness? Have you been on any DreamVacations or achieved any income rewards?... etc. TESTIMONIES: Invite 3-4 guest to share their product, opportunity, or story of transformation. (Ask them to be brief keeping it 1 minute or less. Try to arrange these ahead of time and do a little coaching to keep their stories concise.) BUSINESS OVERVIEW: Share the FirstFitness Business Overview Presentation in the format you have chosen. (video, live PowerPoint, webinar, flip chart, etc.)

4. CLOSE (10 min.) Close the meeting with a "call to action" by asking your guests either: Based on what you ve seen today, would you say your interest is in trying the products or in trying the products and pursuing the business opportunity? or What do you like most about what you ve seen? Ask each guest to open their folder and take a look at the enrollment options, product order forms, distributor application, and product brochures. Explain enrollment options, customer discounts and invite each guest to choose what option or products best fits their needs. Retail or Enroll your Guests! Retail products to those that choose to become a customer. Enroll those that would like to become a distributor. Then follow up with them and take them through the 5-Step Training in Office2Office. 5. SPECIAL BONUS OFFER SAMPLE: Tonight, I want to offer you a special bonus if you would be willing to host a Launch Party like this with your friends and associates. If you book your party tonight and commit to having at least 10 personal guests attend, I m going to give you 20% off your personal order tonight. (You can use this example or choose what that gift would be, but make it fun, exciting, and worth them giving you referrals for another party.) 6. COLLECT ORDER FORMS Have guest fill out their paper forms to avoid a back up of people waiting for the computer. After the guests leave, then put their orders and distributor applications in the computer. 7. FOLLOW-UP Within 24-48 hours, call your guests and thank them for attending. Share other stories of success maybe about someone who became a customer or who enrolled at the presentation. If they did not take action that evening, invite them to take a look at something further on the website or attend an upcoming webinar or conference call to gain more information. Continue to connect with them to identify their need and offer a solution. Remind them of your SPECIAL BONUS OFFER if they book a Business Launch Party and offer your choice of free gift or discount.

BUSINESS LAUNCH Q & A WHAT IS IT? Your Business Launch is a simple and fun way to tell others about your new business and share with them the vision of your products and your desire to bring the message of health and wellness to those you know. WHERE DOES IT TAKE PLACE? Depending on who you are inviting to your first Business Launch Party, you may want to hold it at your home, apartment, clubhouse or office. Most importantly is that your guests feel comfortable and that you are able to do the full presentation with the tools and resources you need. WHO DO I INVITE AND HOW? Use your prospect list from the 5 Step Training to invite your friends, relatives, neighbors and co-workers 5-7 days in advance. Although you can use many formats of invitations including facebook, email invitations, postcards, and others, we have found that the best invitation that receives the most positive response is that which is made in person or over the phone. WHAT DO I SAY? SAMPLE: I was invited to attend an event recently that made a big impression on me. What I heard were people experiencing a transformational change that was connected to something bigger than themselves, a company that helps people go beyond success into significance. I thought of you when I heard about it and would love to share it with you. I am having a "Business Launch Party" at my house on (date and time), can you join me? "I am so excited about a new business I ve started and I am having an small business launch celebration at my place this weekend. I would love for you to come and see what I m doing and hear why I am so excited. (What is it?) Well, I d really like to tell you about it at the party, but let me just say I believe it is going to give me the opportunity to do 2 things I am passionate about. 1. Making a difference in the lives of others 2. Helping people improve their health and wellness. Can you join me at my house on (date and time)? WHAT DO I DO BEFORE THE LAUNCH? Use the Business Launch Checklist available in O2O to make sure you cover all the basics. SHOULD I OFFER GIFTS TO MY GUESTS? Gifts are optional, however, incentives for inviting more guests are often effective. If you would like, you could ask your guests to invite a friend and offer them a free 3 day sample, Mini-Z, a packet of SPN energy, or SPN rehydration as a gift for doing so. You can offer any gift you d like, but we encourage you to keep your cost down and use small incentives. HOW MANY PEOPLE SHOULD I INVITE? Always over-invite by double the amount of guests you hope to attend. For example, if you want an audience of 8-10, plan to invite 16-20. Also invite your sponsor, fellow distributors and customers (if appropriate) to come share their testimony of transformation. WHEN SHOULD I SET UP MY LAUNCH ENVIRONMENT? Be sure to allow at least one hour to set up your product display, samples, product brochures, videos, and power point presentation. Make sure you have available: Product Order Forms, Sales Aid forms, AMO Forms, Distributor Applications, and retail receipt pad. We encourage making a folder for each guest that includes each of these forms so that they can keep them organized and ready for use at the end of the party. Have a sign-up sheet (with phone number section, and e- mails) to get back in touch with guests later.
