TRADE EXHIBITION INSURANCE Exhibitors should consult their own insurance company and/or broker for proper coverage of their exhibits and displays. In most cases you will be able to extend your existing policy. Public Liability Insurance cover of your exhibition area must be taken out for a minimum of $10,000,000 and the first day of bump in, Wednesday 1st March to the completion of the bump out on the evening of Friday 3rd March 2017. A copy of your Public Liability Certificate of Currency must be sent to Charmaine Langan via email office@ dsaq.org.au by no later Friday 10th February 2017. TRADE EXHIBITION DATE AND TIMES The Trade Exhibition will run during hours from Thursday 2nd Friday 3rd March. The exhibition will open at approximately 8.00am each day and exhibitors are welcome to stay open after the conclusion of the on day one. CATERING FOR EXHIBITION STAFF Catering is included for the one (1) staff member nominated. So that all members of your party can enjoy tea and coffee, Morning Tea and Lunch with delegates, the exhibiting company will be charged $50 per day for each additional staff member who is working at the Exhibition to cover the catering fees charged by the venue. contact Charmaine Langan at office@dsaq.org.au or (07) 3356 6655 TRADE EXHIBITION PASSPORT PROGRAM The 2017 Trade Exhibition will feature a Passport Program to encourage attendees to visit each of the exhibitors and increase overall exhibition attendance. We believe that this program will add value to those organisations who choose to make a significant investment in the by being part of the Trade Exhibition. How the Passport Program will work: Each delegate will receive an Exhibition Passport in their Satchel. Delegates will need to visit every exhibitor over the two (2) days of the and have their Passport stamped by each exhibitor. When delegates have their Passports completed (stamped by all exhibitors), they will then be able to submit their Passports into the entry box located at the Registration Desk. SPONSORSHIP REGISTRATION FORM SPONSORSHIP / TRADE EXHIBITION PAYMENT Trade Exhibition / Sponsorship Payment Options All prices shown include GST. A tax invoice will be issued upon receipt of this Sponsorship/Exhibition Registration Form. All cheques should be made payable to Down Syndrome Association of QLD. Payment can be made by direct debit, Visa or Mastercard. (Note: a 2.5% surcharge will apply for all credit card payments). A tax invoice representing the total fee will be raised immediately and emailed to your designated account. Full payment must be received within 30 days from the date of the invoice or immediately if within 30 days of the commencement date. In this instance, all fees will be refunded less an AUD$200 administration fee. Sponsorship cancellations received after the sponsoring company has received the above mentioned acknowledgements cannot be accepted and will not be refunded. Trade exhibition cancellations by exhibitors who have not received promotion and which are received in writing by the conference organiser by Monday 10th February will be accepted and all fees refunded less an AUD$200 administration fee. Exhibiters wishing to cancel after this date will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that there are no refunds for services ordered and not utilised due to cancellation or failure to collect. If for any reason the is cancelled by the organisers, there will be a full refund minus any expenses already incurred.
