Multiple-Criteria Decisin Analysis MCDA evaluates multiple cnflicting criteria in decisin making. Cnflicting criteria are typical in evaluating ptins: cst r price is usually ne f the main criteria, and sme measure f quality is typically anther criterin, easily in cnflict with the cst. The difficulty f the prblem riginates frm the presence f mre than ne criterin. The cncept f an ptimal slutin is ften replaced by the set f nndminated slutins. A nndminated slutin has the prperty that it is nt pssible t mve away frm it t any ther slutin withut sacrificing in at least ne criterin.
In cnclusin MareFrame is a different type f prject; it is fisheries nly, it fcuses n resurce management, and the primary users are thse wh manage stcks Hwever There are sme cmmnalities with PrimeFish; bth prjects are in the seafd sectr, they bth invlve frmulating strategies fr the future and frecasting what the effects might be, and in bth prjects we aim t develp tls that will supprt better decisins The questin is, can any f the MareFrame tls serve as input t the PrimeFish tl develpment prcess?
