Yes. This campaign is applicable to all RHB Visa Credit and Debit Cards, except RHB Platinum Business Cards. 3. Who can participate? Principal Cardmembers of Visa Card(s) issued by RHB Bank Berhad /RHB Islamic Bank Berhad ( RHB ) who have fulfilled the criteria specified below are eligible to participate in the Contest ( the Eligible Cardmember ):- a) Existing VISA Credit / Debit Cardmembers - Principal and Supplementary/Joint Cardmembers b) New-to-Bank approved VISA Cardmembers approved Principal Cardmembers only. 4. Who are NOT eligible? The following persons are NOT eligible to participate: a) RHB MasterCard Credit and/or Debit Cardmembers b) RHB Platinum Business Cardmembers c) Permanent and/or contract employees of RHB Banking Group and their immediate family members. d) Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agencies, promotional agencies of RHB and their immediate family members). e) Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agencies, promotional agencies of VISA and their immediate family members). 5. How do I participate in the Contest? What if I spend only RM500 in a day? Do I stand a chance to win the Grand Prize? No. If you spend RM500 in a day with your RHB Visa Cards, you will be entitled for 5 Contest Entries to stand a chance to win the Monthly Prize only. 7. What if I spend RM2,00 in a day? If you spend RM2,00 in a day with your RHB Visa Cards, you will be entitled for 2 Contest Entries for Grand Prize and 2 Contest Entries for Monthly Prize. 8. If I have cancelled my RHB Credit Card 6 months ago and I apply for a new RHB Visa Card during the Contest Period, do I consider a New-to-Bank cardmember? No, customers who have cancelled their RHB Card for more than 2 months will only be considered as a New-to-Bank Cardmember. 9. Is there a minimum spending amount required? No minimum spend is required. 0. Is the cumulative spend separated between Credit and Debit Cards? Yes, cumulative spend is separated between Credit and Debit Cards.. Is the cumulative spend separated between principal and supplementary cards? No. The cumulative spend will be calculated based on account level but the Contest Entries will be awarded to the principal card only. 2. What are the prizes for this Contest? There are two tiers of prizes to this Contest ( Prize(s) ) namely the Grand Prizes and Monthly Prizes:- Grand Prize One () All-inclusive 5D4N trip to the Rio 206 Olympic Games for two persons Monthly Prizes Ten (0) Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge {Five (5) units per Contest Month} 3. The Grand Prize winners will be selected every month? No. The Grand Prize winners will only be selected at the end of the entire Contest Period and there is only one () winner. 4. Does the Grand Prize includes air ticket? Yes the Grand Prize is inclusive of a pair of Economy Class return air tickets from Kuala Lumpur and Rio for two (2) adults. 2
5. What other things are included in the Grand Prize? If I win the Grand Prize, can I bring along my son, aged 2, as the accompanying guest? No. The person accompanying the Winner must be at least 8 years and above. 7. If I win the Grand Prize, but I can t travel on the given date, can I change the travelling date? No. The winner is required to travel on the pre-selected date stated herein which is from -5 August 206. However, the winner may provide a replacement in the event the Winner is unable to travel on the pre-selected date provided that the Winner has given his/her agreement and written consent for his/her replacement to RHB. 8. If I win the Grand Prize, is RHB paying for my visa application to travel? No. The Winner shall be responsible at his/her own cost and expense for obtaining the necessary visas or permits for travelling overseas. RHB shall not be responsible for obtaining the necessary visas or permits on behalf of the Winner nor shall it be liable to provide replacement or substitute the Prize should the Winner fails to obtain the necessary visas or permits. 3
9. If I win the Grand Prize, what if the event has been cancelled? RHB has no control over any arrangement and the organization of the performance or event held, and therefore accepts no responsibility for any change or cancellation of any event. 20. How many times can I win during the entire Contest Period? Each Eligible Cardmember is entitled to win only one () Grand Prize and one () Monthly Prize within the Contest Period. 2. If I am announced as one of the winners, how do I receive my Prize? Grand Prizes Winners will be notified of their winnings and method of collection of the Prize either in writing or by telephone within thirty (30) days from the end of Contest Period. An official letter with all relevant details will be sent to each winner to the address as shown in RHB s record informing of the above. Monthly Prizes Winners will be notified of their winnings either in writing or by telephone within sixty (60) days from the Contest Month. An official letter and the Prize will be couriered to the winner whereby the cost of courier and insurance will be borne by the winner at the cost determined by the courier company. 22. How is the winner being selected? Step : All Eligible Cardmembers who have met the criteria of the Contest will be selected via a computerized random selection system. Step 2 : The shortlisted winners will be called to answer one () question correctly in order to win the Prizes. 23. When and which number will I be contacted? Winners will be contacted via the latest telephone numbers furnished to RHB as shown in RHB s records at any time during office hours (9.00am 6.00pm) on any working days from Monday to Friday. 24. What if I m in an out of coverage area? Each shortlisted winner will be given a chance of three (3) attempts to be reached on the phone. Once the attempts are unsuccessful or the shortlisted winner is not agreeable to participate in the Contest, the shortlisted winner will be deemed as disqualified and RHB has the right to select the next shortlisted winner from the same listing. 25. Will I be called if I m a supplementary cardmember? No. The calls will be made only to the Principal VISA Cardmembers for both Credit and Debit Cards. 26. What if I have won and I cancel my RHB Credit Card after I have received the Prize? 4
In the event any of the winners cancel their RHB Card(s) or cancel the transactions and request for a refund within six (6) months from the transactions date, the Cardmember shall be charged with the full cost of the Prize(s). 27. Can I exchange the Prize for cash or other products? No. Prizes are provided on As is basis. All Prizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or kind whether in part or in full. 28. What if there is a defect with the Prize? RHB shall not assume any responsibility for the Prize(s), products and/or services offered under the Contest. The Prize(s), products and/or services are offered and/or provided solely by the relevant vendors and providers, under such terms and conditions as determined by such vendors and providers, and RHB accept no liability whatsoever in connection with such Prize(s), products and/or services. The Prize(s), products and/or services have not been certified by RHB and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any Prize(s), products and/or services in this Contest be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such Prize(s), products and/or services by RHB.
