Offering delegates a comprehensive understanding of bias and methods to mitigate the risk of bias in decison making. This session is ideal for senior managers and executives who are keen to understand more about bias. AFTERNOON WORKSHOP 1 Developing an Inclusion and Diversity Strategy that sticks Developing Inclusion and Diversity strategies that deliver franchise commitments, are rooted in commercial vision and are understood and relevant to all our colleagues, stakeholders and passengers.
