Development and design of reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 2. Use Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to query data from a range of MIS databases 3. Ensure that data is readily available to College staff in a variety of formats 4. Work with College staff to enable them to clarify and define their information needs, ensuring that specifications for development provide the required solution. 5. Monitor the quality and accuracy of data to meet the College s reporting requirements 6. Liaise with the Data Services Manager to review the procedures for the department 7. Create and maintain documentation and training guides for software and reports used within the College 8.
