Public Participatin Prcess The key bjective f Public Participatin is t assist stakehlders t identify issues f cncern and suggestins fr enhanced benefits, and t cmment at varius phases f the applicatin prcess. The Public Participatin Prcess is an integral part f the impact assessment and is undertaken in the fllwing systematic apprach by the Prpnent/ EAP: 1. Submit applicatin fr Envirnmental Authrisatin (EA) t GDARD after the ntificatin perid. GDARD t acknwledge receipt f applicatin within 10 days f submissin f the EA applicatin.
