ABOUT GMBC I wish to introduce to you the 4th annual Ghana s Most Beautiful Canada (GHMBC) to be held at the City Playhouse Theatre in Thornhill ON, on Saturday July 27th 2013. Ghana s Most Beautiful Canada is a cultural and educational event that seeks to celebrate the talent and intellectual abilities of young Ghanaian women of Canada; The aim of this educational event is to reach out to the African Diaspora community and provide a positive space to celebrate our dynamic and rich cultural heritage. The GHMBC organization aims to bring the best of the young pageant hopefuls such as their goals, their self-confidence, talents, commitment to public service, and their drive for success. The GHMBC winner will be a role model and inspiration to the Ghanaian youth in Canada, helping them believe in themselves and in anything and everything is achievable. The GHMBC organization consist of a young and vibrant team whose mission is to promote the development of an environment that optimizes the potential of the Contestants and to support them develop into responsible adulthood This event will incorporate live entertainment, guest performers, community leaders, and a gala reception that is geared to entice our very broadspectrum target market consisting of families, entrepreneurs, and business professionals. This prestigious event presents an opportunity for your company to advertise directly. Our marketing strategy will be aided by commercial and community radio and TV advertisements, distribution of over 15,000 flyers, and 2500 posters. We will also advertise in local community newspapers and magazine, as well as coordinate our marketing committee of over 20 individuals who will help advertise effectively all over the nation. 25% of the event will be donated to Christ Fait Foster Home in Frafraha near Accra Ghana; this is an adopted orphanage of GHMBC, It is a foundation that aims to provide opportunities to abused and less privileged children in Ghana. ABOUT GHMBC GHMBC is a non-profit organization that was founded as a result of the need to promote education and to seek global advancement for the Ghanaian Woman. In 2010, the maiden edition of the Ghana s Most Beautiful Canada Pageant was launched and 10 girls representing all the 10 Regions of Ghana competed for the title Ghana s Most Beautiful Canada 2010. The show over the years has attracted many big names in the entertainment industry including John Dumelo (African Movie Star), Sarkodie (BET Award Winner) and dignitaries from the Canada and Ghanaian Government. With the success of previous editions of the show, the Ghana s Most Beautiful Canada Beauty Pageant has quickly become one of Africa s top international events in the Canada. The Ghana s Most Beautiful Canada Pageant can help your company achieve marketing as well as social responsibility and community outreach.
