ODFJELL DRILLING QHSE PROGRAMS 2017 Safety will never be compromised

Zero failures and incidents Despite the challenging economic climate, Odfjell Drilling delivered strong QHSE results for 2016. In 2017, the company continues to focus on maintaining the highest safety standards and safeguarding the healt of its employees and associates. Strong results Our QHSE results in 2015 were outstanding. While we also delivered excellent QHSE results in 2016, we must now work even harder to maintain and improve our results. We have managed to turn in a strong QHSE performance in a period of less predictability thanks to a strong focus on the robustness of the organisation, line-management responsibility and a more hands-on approach from management on all levels. Odfjell Drilling is particulary proud of the maintenance of high quality deliveries, our improvement initiatives for reduction of high potential incidents to zero and the reduction of discharge to sea. Odfjell Drilling will prioritize the following areas in 2017: Standardisation and simplification Operational robustness Safety-leadership Dropped-object prevention Major accident prevention Strong security culture Environmental performance Odfjell Drilling will relentlessly strive to maintain its strong QHSE results. Our clients expect consistently high QHSE performance from their suppliers and our QHSE results are fundamental to the company s good reputation in the market. 25.04.2017 Page 2
