Custmer enquiries Ensure that all relevant infrmatin is btained frm the Service Activatin Managers, Service Delivery Manager r directly frm custmers in rder t capture n CRM t start the quting prcess; either via Email Telephnically Jb Descriptin 1

Order prcessing Play an active rle, tgether with the Service Activatin Managers, in the client management prcess Will be privy t the clients strategic and sales infrmatin Opprtunity/qute must be cnverted int a link rder. Reprting Cllect and prepare feedback frm Service Activatin Managers t Service Delivery Manager and KAMs regarding client links. Liaise with SDM, KAM and / r custmer directly Accmpany KAMs t custmers frm time t time t handle and / r clarify all sales admin related issues and recrds as and when required Update CRM prbability data in new pprtunities as received frm KAMs fr pipeline data reviews Reprt n a weekly basis number and values f all link rder cnversins Recncile custmer infrmatin vs. CRM data t determine accuracy f recrds 7.
