Cnduct individual ccupatinal assessments and refer t jb fcused grup activities and/r the Emplyment Yuth Wrker. a Register clients and create a Jbs Plan with clients and enter details int ESS. Match clients against current available jb vacancies using Max Cnnect. Refer yung peple t apprpriate services such as Psychlgist, Yuth Wrker etc, using Max Online Referral System. Jb Fcused Grup Activity Wrk; Facilitate and run jb fcused grup activities and wrkshps fr yung peple with the aim f building wrk readiness t secure nging emplyment.
