6 600R Standard small grain header The 600R is a well proven small grain header that s used by farmers and contractors worldwide. Solid and reliable it can easily be converted from cereals to harvest rapeseed and sunflowers. The header control system is fully integrated and provides automatic control of stubble height, lateral tilt and ground pressure. Programmable header functions also make it easier for operators to optimise performance and maintain consistent harvesting during long hours in the field.

7 45 minute crop conversion The 600R can be adapted for both rapeseed and sunflower harvesting. Conversion takes up to 45 minutes and is easy and convenient. Rapeseed adaptor The Raps-Profi II header extension kit allows you to harvest rape efficiently with very low losses ~1%*. The horizontally driven knives minimize vibration and the completely enclosed sidewall ensures seeds fall on the table extension. 8 600R Proven design The 600R offers excellent value with its high specification and durable build quality. It adapts well to different harvest conditions and can be easily attached thanks to the maintenance-free multicoupler. new picture of Schumacher knive needed - see from STephan Excellent visibility The frame profile is designed to provide a clear view of the crop dividers and cutterhead High performance cutting system The Schumacher Easy Cut II cutting system has non-clog dual knife guards for positive, clean cutting. Eliminating the need for hold down clamps and shims the knives alternately cut on the upper and lower edges which creates a self-cleaning effect. 9 Bottom protection plates Grain loss protection An optional beam deflector is available to help minimise grain loss and stop crop accumulating on the feederhouse. Choice of crop dividers Long or short crop dividers are available for different cutting conditions The bottom plates protect the cutting table from stone damage and provide better flotation in wet or soft soil conditions. Choose from regular steel plates for normal conditions or heavy duty welded plates for harvesting close to the ground. The knife drive gearbox The Epicyclic knife drive provides linear knife movement meaning less wear and a better cutting performance. Heavy duty drives The auger is driven by a strong chain with a slip clutch to protect the drive in case of crop plugging. The knife gearbox is driven by a belt for smooth, vibration free cutting

10 Versatile headers 600PF If you re cutting large acreages of different crops with overlapping seasons, multi-crop capability is essential. Our versatile headers offer fast changeover between crops without compromising on performance. The 600PF is a well proven header with a strong reputation in small grain crops even when the crop is laid.

12 600 Premium Flow Versatile small grain header The 600 Premium Flow is an excellent small grain header with a well established reputation. Its active transport system and long, 100 cm distance from cutterhead to auger ensures low grain losses and excellent performance in laid crops. Add to this 15 minute conversion from cereals to rapeseed and you have a highly versatile and practical header. You ll find you ll harvest faster too. The active transport system with adjustable conveyor speeds provides a constant crop flow to the auger, enabling the combine to run close to its maximum capacity. And the wide gap between the knives and feed auger ensures that long stalk crops or rape is fed head first into the threshing unit for more efficient threshing. 13 15 minute crop conversion With no belts or filling plates to change, switching to rapeseed is quick. Just remove the divider, install the mechanical side knives and set the reel and auger for rapeseed. Easy and low maintenance Individually hinged belt sections lift up for easy access. Stainless steel covers between the sections prevent dirt entering. And the belt drives are driven by self-tensioning chains. Optimised crop flow The auger height and the rear scraper bars can be hydraulically adjusted to ensure even crop flow. Minimum loss design The variable reel adjustment allows the use of the reel to be kept to a minimum and the extended back wall or splash guard prevents seeds being lost over the top of the header.

17 Optimises S Series performance One of the most popular headers in North America, the 600D is now finding new fans in Europe. After extensive testing in different countries, crops and conditions, customer feedback was impressive. Longer harvesting time Operators found it extended their harvesting time and increased productivity by around 10% in tough conditions Higher throughput The variable speed side belts can be adjusted to suit the combine s ground speed for maximum throughput Smoother feeding Head first feeding loads the combine more evenly, eliminating any rotor or concave banging in high yielding and tough conditions. 18 600C High speed corn harvesting With growing numbers of farmers choosing to feed their cattle on pure corn the demand for high quality corn headers is growing. Our corn headers are tried and tested designs, proven the world over and are available in a range of row widths from 6 to 16. Offering tremendous material handling and excellent cob retention they will maximise yields without sacrificing harvesting speed. Designed for low maintenance, the heavy-duty gearboxes and drives will cope with even the toughest high-yielding hybrid crop varieties. They also feature machine cast sealed drive units with gathering chains which only need adjusting once a season.

19 High performance in all conditions It doesn t matter if your crop is damp or dry, you don t have to compromise with a 600C. There s a choice of two knife stalk roll options to handle different conditions. In dry corn choose opposed knife rolls for a gentler action. In green, damp corn intermeshing knife stalks deliver a more aggressive action for better crop feeding. 20 600C Designed for speed. Built to last Enjoy reliable harvesting year after year with minimal maintenance and maximum yields. StalkMaster chopping system The StalkMaster chops the corn stalks while you re harvesting the corn. With the chopper unit at the front of the cornhead the 600C starts chopping earlier for better chop quality and residue management. Easy to engage The StalkMaster chopper can be easily switched on and off with the conveniently placed lever on the side of each stalk chopping casing. Built-in gearcase protection A heavy-duty slip clutch protects both the row unit gearcase and the StalkMasterlip lower chopping unit gearcase. The driver can instantly see if the clutch is slipping as both the StalkMaster and picking unit gathering chains stop. Excellent crop handling The angle of the cross auger is reversed at the centre to improve feeding, reducing cob tossing and smoothing crop flow. Easy maintenance The deck covers are easy to lift, giving you full access to the drive chain and gearbox for rapid maintenance. 21 Road-ready in seconds. Folding is fast and easy with the controls integrated into the GreenStar display. Choose from 6 or 8 row headers with a maximum transport width of 3.3 m. Faster coupling when folding An optional quick drive line coupler is available for automatic coupling of all foldable models (606C & 608C) Integrated Control The header is fully integrated with the combine s GreenStar display and master control lever for easy operation of all the key functions. For instance, the deck plate spacing is shown on the in-cab display so there s no need for a second monitor. Improved ground following The height sensors are positioned on the outermost point of the header for better groundfollowing, a consistent stubble height, even faster harvesting speeds as well as c. Hands-free harvesting Optional Sensors (RowSense) constantly monitor the position of the rows. The data is fed back to the AutoTrac guidance system. Together they accurately guide the combine.

22 Optisun SH Low loss, highly durable sunflower header The OptiSun SH is an extremely tough sunflower header that maximises yields in down, broken or very dry sunflowers. Minimal seed loss Vibrating catch pans move any heads or shattered seeds back into header and the high back prevents heads passing over the top. 23 900D Great for medium-height straw This economical Draper header is renowned for its smooth, even feeding and field proven reliability. Reliable, mechanical design Both the reel and belts are powered by a mechanically driven hydraulic drive pump. Spring loaded tensioners ensure positive belt tracking. Low maintenance design A heavy-duty gearbox provides power to the feed auger, knife drive and on-board hydraulic pump. No daily lubrication is required. Rust-proof dividers The Perma-Glide floating divider points are made of tough and pliable polyethylene which absorbs any impacts without denting or rusting.
