3 VK 45 WATERBORNE PUTTY The putty is mixed with sanding wood dust and applied with a trowel to a well sanded parquet surface. The surface is resanded after approximately half an hour, so that the putty remains only in joints. WATERBORNE PRIMER GEL After the surface has been treated with putty it must be cleaned before the PRIMER GEL is applied with a trowel. The PRIMER GEL strongly reduces grain raising and fills up the remaining pores. It dries immediately after it has been applied and requires no further sanding. ADMIRAL WATERBORNE LACQUER The lacquer is spread with a roller in the amount of 100g/m 2. It is walkable in 1 to 1 and a half hours. ADMIRAL WATERBORNE LACQUER Another layer of the ADMIRAL lacquer is applied without previous sanding in the amount of 100g/m 2. It has to dry for approximately 24 hours. WATERBORNE PRIMER GEL After 24 hours, the surface is lightly sanded before the application of the PRIMER GEL. ADMIRAL WATERBORNE LACQUER A new layer of the ADMIRAL lacquer is spread with the roller in the amount of 100g/m 2. ADMIRAL OMEGA FINISH A one-component protective coating intended for the treatment of already lacquered parquet floors is applied to a dry and thoroughly cleaned surface with a suitable cloth or tool.

4 VL3B LACQUER FIELD OF ADMIRAL VL3B is a one-component waterborne PARQUET LACQUER used for parquets exposed to normal or heavy wear, wooden floors or steps in homes, schools, shopping centers, restaurants etc., thanks to its excellent bodily characteristics, like hardness (ISO 1522) and elasticity (ISO 1520). easy to apply, one-component odour free, non-flammable, eco-friendly preserves the natural colour of wood excellent gloss high chemical resistance and excellent mechanical properties excellent leveling easy to sand The lacquer is applied in three to four layers to a dry, clean, puttied and well sanded wood with a brush or a roller. A fine sanding is recommended before the application of the final layer. The temperature of the lacker as well as the room temperature should be between 15 and 25 C, relative air humidity between 50 and 70. Dilution of the lacquer is unnecessary. 5 VK45 PUTTY FIELD OF ADMIRAL VK45 is a one-component WATERBORNE PUTTY used for filling of joints before the application of lacquer. It should be mixed with sanding wood dust. easy to apply, one-component odour free, non-flammable, eco-friendly preserves the natural colour of sensitive woods high solids content approx.42% high joint filling power up to the width of 3mm easy to sand dries quickly The surface of wood should be dry, clean and finely sanded. VK45 needs no stirring or dilution before use. Very fine sand is mixed into the putty with a stainless trowel until the mixture has a suitable texture (approx. 5-7% of wood dust). In case of larger joints, the parquet has to be reputtied. It is necessary to remove the putty from wood by sanding. The final step of the procedure is the application of the ADMIRAL VL3B waterborne lacquer. The room temperature should be between 15 and 25 C, relative air humidity between 50 and 70 %. 15 to 20 minutes at 20 C and 55% relative air humidity (joint width 1 mm). In case of deeper and wider joints, this time should be extended.
