On-Machine Solutions The distribution of I/O has been common place in the automation market for many years. Getting I/O out of the cabinet and on the machine - where it is required, reduces installation, commissioning and fault finding effort. NHP has a broad range of sensor, switches, on-machine I/O, distributed drives and motor starting technologies. We can offer distributed I/O for standard and safety applications, aggressive and hazardous environments, along with machine mounted connectivity systems. Cabinet and In-Cabinet Solutions Cabinet and in-cabinet components will enable you to build a complete electrical solution for your machine. From small terminal boxes through to floor standing units, our enclosures are made from a range of materials including; ABS, Polycarbonate, Aluminium, Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP), Powder coated Mild Steel and 316 Stainless Steel. When it comes to Hazardous applications, we also have EXd, Exe and EXtD enclosures that can be assembled in our certified workshop at our Laverton manufacturing facility.
