Citizens are increasingly eager to follow guidelines and indications on nutrition (magazines, books, internet, media, socials etc ) Knowledge production in health, nutrition and genetic areas is expanding exponentially thanks to novel technological approaches (genomics, metabolomics, etc..) and large number of research centers involved ISSUE: A large amount of scientific data is generated from research and clinical centers, however dissemination and application is only partially available due to: extreme fragmentation of different sources lack of correlation/integration between data from different domains ( clinical, nutritional, lifestyle, genetic etc..) lack of operative standard for big data handling
