5 Tom Karasmanis IIBA Product Manager Tom Karasmanis is a Senior Consultant with 25 years' experience in Information Technology, including roles as a Business Architect, Business/Systems Analyst, Project Leader, Technical Architect, and Software Engineer. He has worked in publishing, healthcare, public sector, banking, financial services, insurance, supply chain, telecommunications, and retail. Approval of requirements may be sought at the end of a project phase or at a number of intermediate points in the business analysis process.
