Our aim is to develop efficient equipment and unique solutions using state of the art technologies and quality process, to provide the best care products and the best solutions for both patients and caregivers. The Quality Management System is ISO 9001 and ISO certified by Veritas offices and approved by: - LNE to manufacture and repair weighing systems - SNCH for the conception, manufacturing and final inspection of medical devices. Research and Development Our R & D department establishes the techinal specifications of our new products using information communicated by the Marketing and the Sales Services.

All along the designing process our R & D department realises analyses of risks on our products, plans and technical files, CE mark tests and edites tests and compliance reports to standards.

Our engeneers designs and develops new products, improves materials, and define the most effictive technicals solutions to match with our targeted markets needs. All along the designing process our R & D department realises analyses of risks on our products, plans and technical files, CE mark tests and edites tests and compliance reports to standards. Our R & D provides to our Quality department every technical files elements needed for the CE mark. It provides also to our Production service and After sales department all necessary elements of the technical folder, as references, folders plans, classifications, procedures of manufacture. The department is responsible of all integration instructions, checks and tests during the manufacture in very close collaboration with the R & D and the Quality departments. The Production department validates the manufacturing and controls methods in collaboration with the Research & Development department. It plans, writes and receives purchase orders related to equipment manufactured and provides management and control of subcontractors with the Quality department. It writes technical reports and records related to its activities, in particular the identification and traceability of products manufactured but also the test reports for the products monitoring.
