Our client base was primarily financial services firms. Our services ranged from earliest phases of analyzing, designing, and constructing/installing systems to enable institutions to capture relevant data from their systems of record, and to process the data appropriately (e.g., geocoding, submission, recording.) We also performed statistical analysis of the abovedata, providing written detailed and summary reports that evaluate the institution s performance in complying with CRA, HMDA and/or Fair Lending regulations. All reports were accompanied by recommendations arising from these findings, and within both the regulatory and community contexts. Bank of America Vice President BankAmerica Corporation Corporate Community Development San Francisco, California Responsible for HMDA and CRA data integrity and statistical analysis for BofA NT&SA (California Bank) and oversight responsibility for each affiliate institution in BankAmerica Corporation, This included building the infrastructure that supported long term reporting and analysis capabilities, while simultaneously meeting the Bank s immediate requirements as set forth by the examiners. Instituted Bank wide audit and system tests of all HMDA extract programs and procedures and modified programs accordingly. Coordinated development of standardized exception reporting and error correction in all lending divisions. Developed standard reporting formats for historical reporting. Standardized acquisition, processing and statistical analysis of CRA data from various divisions and institutions within the corporation. These three systems managed, from beginning to end, the complete consumer loan process. Systems functions included new loan entries, payments, postings, chargeoffs, audit trails, letters, deeds of reconveyance, and tracking the location and status of one million physical and electronic records. Additional responsibilities included vendor contract, compliance, federal regulation compliance, specification of proposed systems, hardware and software selection, complete systems documentation, and development of user training programs. Direct areas of responsibility included personnel, financial and sales tracking.
