A real virtual assistant identifies the criticalities and suggest daily what to do (phone calls, letters, reminding s ). The system is organized in order to manage centrally or on a departmental basis more companies (multi company) and (multi country) offering also the possibility of using more languages (multi language). Applying the company s policy, that can be codified and modified by the Credit Manager, the Credit Board establishes alerts and organizes the activities of all the company s actors that concur in the credit management from the point of view of prevention, management, collection and legal procedures. The system is organized into positions lists that can be easily arranged and filtered out as in an excel document. The detail of each position represents promptly and easily all the information concerning the accounting and the behavior as well as the integration of all the commercial information steadily updated by Cerved data bank. 3 CONTENTS RISK Credit Board presents for each link a recapitulation chart that allows to display the most critical positions as long as prevention is concerned, together with payment reminders and debt collection practices. In case of superior entities Credit Board allows the approval of electronic practices concerning line of credit revision and plans of payments. ACTIVITIES The interface has been written in order to be easier, faster and efficient. The positions are presented in ordered lists divided into single columns and filterable according to category and to the user profile. The recapitulating list allows to analyze quickly the accounting data, the risk (Cerved Group), the behavior scoring and it highlights debt collection practices managed by the external partner (Cerved Credit Collection). APPROVALS The reminder and debt collection practices are updated daily according to each position, taking into consideration the specified strategy of the company s credit policy. Each user has the use of a list assigned by the system in relation with their own profiling and role. From the synthesis analysis and from the detailed analysis each position can be evaluated deeply in a short space of time allowing a significant increase in the production and in the income as well. 3/5
