FO s are defined menu items that a Customer selects (e.g. for Donor: CT, HR, Hold, WU) Each FO has a defined set of Fulfillment Steps The completion of the Fulfillment Steps determine the status of the FO. NMDP can be paid for products delivered and services done (at the Fulfillment Step level) Characteristics: A SO is initiated by NMDP. A SO is a request for a supplier to do something specific for NMDP; and in exchange for doing what was ordered, NMDP will pay the supplier.
