14 Joint Venture & Strategic Investment Internet of Things Inc. and BrainGrid Corporation, a designer, manufacturer, and marketer of advanced digital communication devices and software systems that enable the IoT, have entered into a joint venture agreement forming BrainGrid Solutions Ltd. which markets, sells and distributes BrainGrid s Sentroller product and related IoT technology applications. Initial markets include China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Internet of Things Inc. has also made a strategic investment and acquired a minority equity position in BrainGrid. The joint venture company, BrainGrid Solutions Ltd. will market, sell and build out new applications on top of BrainGrid's Sentroller' product and related IoT technology applications in Greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan). 14

Michael has had several successful exits including one to Intuit Inc. Khurram Qureshi CA, CPA CFO Khurram qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and has held senior positions with several small to medium size public companies. Khurram is one of the founding partner at CQK Chartered Accountants LLP. Khurram is a graduate of York University BAS, Accounting and Finance Manish Dixit CTO Manish has over 17 years of industry experience managing large to mid size enterprises software projects. Has has gone through complete product development life cycle several times and fully understands the challenges involved in developing complex software systems. Malay Dixit, EMBA Vice President Malay is accomplished with over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development. He has won projects generating over $100 million in revenues throughout his career. Rob Klein, VP Corporate Development Rob brings 20+ years of executive management experience to ITT. Gali Bar-Ziv Gali Bar-Ziv brings more than 15 years of management and entrepreneurial experience, including financing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, channel development and corporate development. Mr. Bar-Ziv profitably grew a sales, marketing and distribution start-up to sales growth of more than 700% year over year. Prior to that, he successfully turned around the largest service division of a $300 Million financial services company. Mr. Bar-Ziv holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree from the University of London and an MBA in Strategic and Entrepreneurial studies from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto. 20
