It starts with synthesresident.com, an online education program offering modules available to US surgical interns, residents, and fellows. Points can be earned towards textbooks with each training module completed. Additionally, we offer numerous hands-on sawbones and cadaver labs and continue to support AO educational events. Staff Training Based on need and location, we can offer customizable education for you and your staff, including webinars, in-person training and OR support materials (technique guides, screw charts, and templates). Sponsorship of Education and/or Research Activities An educational grant and/or research sponsorship program is available for eligible and approved proposals.
